The owner or mananger (?) reached out and apologized! I got a pizza credit, which was kind and he insisted on giving it to me even though I’d have been happy with a topping refund. Very appreciated!

But as of 3/30, I had an odd experience of a missing topping (basil) and while I understand that many basil toppings wilt or are underneath the pizza, I picked through many different slices of pizza and found no basil. The picture attached has onion and green pepper, but no basil.
I called and asked but the employee was mumbling and hard to hear, and when we discussed my missing basil, he said he would send a video of him placing the basil on my pizza? I’m unsure why he would have it recorded anyway… he never called or texted the video. I honestly just wanted a refund for the topping.
Overall a bad experience. Didn’t help that I paid 5 bucks for fries that were cold and soggy. I love this place but this was super disappointing 🙁

Had two pizzas delivered on Wednesday night. I ordered a sausage pizza which came with very little sausage and what sausage there was looked like thin miniature slices of pepperoni. The overall taste was ok but it didn’t taste like a sausage pizza. Will not be ordering from there again. Back to Rosatis and Barones where they no how to make a sausage pizza.

I ordered from here late night online – I was directed through Sarpino’s to Grubhub. It was great I could complete an order and they’re open late. Got a notification (text) that my pizza was being prepared and an estimated delivery window. Unfortunately a) there was no notification that the pizza was delivered and b) they didn’t follow the delivery instructions where I stated “ring the bell”. As a result, I never knew the pizza arrived and I didn’t go to get it. My fault for not being on top of the delivery and monitoring. I bet it would have tasted great though. Disappointed I didn’t get to enjoy the pizza.
