Be warned the older pictures do not reflect the current dining experience whatsoever. As many others have stated this is a very poor Mediterranean food experience. The portion of meat in the lamb rice platter is tiny, likely one to two Oz of what seems like scrap meat if that, not at all the experience Id expect from a $16 plate. My initial reaction is i thought the amount of meat was a joke. To add insult to injury the lamb meat is extremely low quality and barely spiced while the rice is plain rice that was stale. They have a topping station however this was similarly poorly stocked and all of the sauces were empty except the fry sauce when we visited around 6pm. A very sad example of a greek restaurant and overall I feel like my experience is some sort of joke, easily the worst greek food experience Ive had. I had no idea you could do greek food so badly so did not check reviews prior to ordering, a tremendous mistake. It is as if the owners are using losses from this business as a tax writeoff and genuinely do not care about the quality of their food it is otherwise incomprehensible how bad the food is.

This was terrible. The lamb gyro was an experience…I could barely find the meat pieces in between the fries (who puts fries on a gyro?) and those were burnt, chewy pieces. The fries were soggy. The pita wasn’t a pita, and was stale and burnt. The added olives and feta were decent in taste and quantity. The self serve toppings were not well stocked, every sauce except fry sauce was out. And the overall cleanliness was less than desirable. I felt bad for the only girl working behind the counter, clearly overwhelmed.

The staff were nice, so this is not a complaint based on service. But the food was disgraceful. This used to be one of my favorite hidden gems in Corvallis. But this time we ordered a lamb gyro plate and lamb gyro wrap and we were very disappointed with both items. So much so that if I hadn’t paid in cash, I would have submitted a stop payment with my credit card company. You see, there was no meat! Not a single chunk of lamb. There were tiny bits of shredded lamb, but so little that it was hard to see or taste the lamb at all. All I could taste were the French fries and tzatziki sauce. Gyros are supposed to be focused on the meat (or falafel) not the vegetable and sauce toppings. Without meat (or falafel) IT IS NOT A GYRO. I don’t eat out much these days because of how expensive everything has become. So when I do eat out, I have very high expectations.
Here is a pic from two years ago and a pic from yesterday. There used to be meat. Now all you can see are French fries. It’s a true shame that the owners let this business fail. $30 down the tube.

This place has been a favorite of mine for a while. They season their meat and fries very well, the topping are always fresh, and tzatziki always comes with your order. The portion size on the fries has gone down a lot, you used to get more than enough for 2 people for $5, now the portion is much smaller. They recently increased their prices, but they’re still good.

I don’t usually leave reviews of places, but this was pretty bad. The actual taste of the Gyros were fine though the interior of the place was questionable.
The ‘highlight’ of this being my first visit was an actual wingnut in my Gyro! Had I not seen it this place may have been paying my dental bills. Not only unsanitary but genuinely dangerous had I bitten into metal expecting soft lamb. Yes that photo is real, I am shocked and disgusted. Will not be coming back here again!
Also, a little less notable, the fries were terrible, soggy, cold, limp, and greasy.

Sunday afternoon with no other customers in the place and it took 30 minutes to make 1 gyro.
The beef/lamb mince was a barely warm slop that looked like it was retrieved from the grease trap of the grill.
They loosely wrap the gyros in foil and there’s a 100% chance they fall apart as you’re eating them. (Please serve in a clam-shell)

Gyros/rice plate were very over seasoned, salty, and the meat was dry. About 20 mins after finishing my meal I developed a stomach ache. In the end, I can definitely say I was given some sort of food poisoning. Friend suffered the same issue. It’s rather unfortunate, because I liked the location and look of the place inside. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to be sick.

Food is great after you spend 1 hour and 12 minutes waiting for 1 chicken (out of lamb?) gyro. Sauces arent avalible as much as they used to be. Place is a dump now, food is also covered in flies. Will give u the runs.

Delicious Greek food!! The best gyro I’ve had in a very long time! Genuinely such a great small business. I love showing friends from out of town here for lunch. The chicken, lamb and falafel gyros are life changing. The sauces are delicious. Heather is very nice and provides great service every time without fail. I can’t wait to come back.

Service is excellent and timely, and staff gladly answer questions about dishes and sauces etc. The storefront is very small with only about five seats, but the atmosphere is super friendly and homely, and you can always get takeout. The food is just GREAT. I especially love the lamb gyros and the rice plate with lamb stew (photo). Whatever dish you get, you can top it however you like from the topping cart with olives, tomatoes, tziki, etc. Highly recommend this place.
