My husband and I visited Pho Tai restaurant during the trip to our family. We had solidarity picking this restaurant. It has convenient location! Prices here are reasonable! Service is excellent! The waitress brought out a plate of beef noodle soup with no color and a clear, odorless broth… I asked her why the beef noodle soup was cloudy white and tasteless, and she said the owner told her to add chicken broth, a few pieces of pork, and pork blood…
What the hell… I grew up in Central Vietnam, and beef noodle soup is the soul of Hue cuisine.. we can’t accept this dishonest practice…
If she had said, “We’re not making beef noodle soup today,” my husband and I would have ordered something else… But do they think everyone else is stupid or something.
Immediately, my husband and I paid for our two meals and didn’t even touch the bowl of beef noodle soup. I will never return here after being a regular customer for several years. Very disappointed… ☹️

Ordered the oxtail pho , and it was delicious! It came in a large bowl with plenty of flavorful broth, and each slice of meat was tender and fresh. I enjoyed every spoonful of this hearty soup. I also ordered the Thai tea to go , and it was quite nice. My friend also ordered the pad Thai, I had a quick taste, and it was quite flavorful.
This cute, welcoming restaurant is just minutes away from my workplace, so I’ll definitely be coming back. The service was attentive, and the place was clean and cozy.

The best pho / Vietnamese place in the area. We stumbled upon this cute place en route home and loved the food. Super quick service, fresh delicious food, polite, caring host & server who took her time to explain the dishes. Even though we entered to sit & eat right at about closing time, service was amazing!

Food is basic, nothing special. I’ve had much better locally. If you don’t pay in cash, you cover their merchant processing. No AC, instead doors are wide open with fans running on 91° day. Lots of termites falling from the ceiling onto table. I got out of there quickly. Concerned about termites falling from the ceiling into my food.
My daughter liked their pork vermicelli bowl. Fried shallots were chewy though. I had meat ball pho. It was very oily but didn’t taste like it came from a can. Meatballs were nearly flavorless.

This is not my first time here. I alway Oder bun Bo Hue every time I come here. But today I want to try something different so I order the shrimp grill with the rice noodles. When the food come the shrimp was too small and it’s over cooked and look like it left over. No taste at all and rubbery. Look at the picture I put all shrimp at the small sauce bowl look how small it’s. And then I tell the server to change it to the grilled pork instead and she act like she doesn’t understand so I ask for the grilled pork on the side. She took it out and the meat was smelly and doesn’t seems like fresh at all. And then she brings me the bills while I’m still eating. I don’t even finish my dishes because it’s so disgusting! I’m so disappointed and not even say sorry. I will not comeback here and not recommending anyone to come here. This is my first time putting reviews on google I never want anyone bad business but this one is insane

I was here today and left no tip because the service wasn’t great but after leaving and getting home I notice I was charged 20% tip! I called and the manager lied saying they didn’t charge me tip and its probably my bank that over charged me. That doesn’t even make sense! Careful paying with card here, they’ll steal from you.
