Clean place, good food, affordable pricing!!! Love how big the sushi rolls came! Karaage was good and not overly battered. Place was clean and there was a lot of seating available. The only reason a star is taken out is the service – servers are talking or busy doing something else before they see us trying to call them to order.

I recently dined at Bluebei Sushi and Grill in Las Vegas and was pleasantly delighted by the experience! The interior has a slightly upscale decor with both tables and semi-booths. They have a sushi bar offering a front-row seat to watch the skilled chefs artfully prepare each dish. The menu is a fusion of traditional and innovative dishes, featuring a wide variety of sushi and grill items. Each sushi roll I tried was a fresh and full of flavor, highlighting the quality of ingredients being used. The grill items were equally impressive, cooked to perfection with a balance of spices and sauces that enhanced the natural flavors. The serving dishes are also quite nice.
Pricing at Bluebei Sushi and Grill is reasonable considering the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. It’s a great value for money, especially in a city like Las Vegas where dining can often be quite expensive.
The service was great, our server was knowledgeable about the menu and attentive without being intrusive. Overall, Bluebei Sushi a solid option for anyone looking for sushi in Las Vegas.

The waiters were friendly enough
The food portion for price is okay.
The spicy garlic edamame was fantastic
The baked mussels were okay at 4 for $9
The chicken wings were underwhelming too at 4 for $11
I probably wouldn’t come back, as the happy hour wasn’t that cheap

Just moved into the neighborhood and wanted to find a good sushi restaurant and found it immediately. The sushi here is tasty and fresh. Everything I’ve had here has been fantastic. Portions are big and prices are fair. Daily happy hour menu as well.

This place is perfect for drinking yourself into oblivion. The atmosphere is dark and quiet no one will see you drown your sorrows. The alcohol is perfect for any sushi but I love Mountains Edge, Las Vegas and their Unagi bowl (grilled eel) was perfect made me forget all the money I spent this Christmas for gifts that might get regifted to someone else. But to the few who I gave shampoo and soap and a box of ketchup I know you will use them so kanpai!.
I been here five times now I know its pricey but the food is excellent, also I always order extra to go that good.

Truly authentic Japanese cuisine! The sushi featured high-quality fish, reminiscent of the fresh flavors back home in Hawaii. The tuna melted in my mouth, and the yellowtail was incredibly fresh. The tempura was perfectly crispy—light and golden. We also enjoyed the spicy miso soup, which was packed with bold, comforting flavors. The hot sake was the perfect companion during this chilly season. This place is a gem in the neighborhood, offering a calming atmosphere and a fantastic dining experience.

A quick stop on the way through Vegas. Nice, comfy and dark sushi place far off the strip. Good portions, extensive selection and a photo-laden menu were great.

Every time I visit family in Las Vegas, my first stop is always Bluebei Sushi & Grill. As a New Yorker, I have access to great sushi so I can say with authority, Bluebei consistently exceeds my expectations. Their menu has a fantastic range (not just sushi), but the simplicity of the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice is a dish I dream about between visits. In fact, their tuna anything! The happy hour specials are a great way to try everything, and I love how reasonable the bill is for a full meal with a drink and dessert. I’m a big fan of Bluebei’s and I highly recommend.

This is our go to sushi place in Mountains Edge. We bring visitors also. Never had anything we didn’t like. Tvs have current sport playing. We had the Red Devil, Emerald roll, and Las Vegas Roll, Big Rainbow and a Yellowtail Nigri. The Miso soup is nice and hot. Love the staff!

OMG, if you haven’t tried Bluebei, you need to. The service was great, and the food was amazing. I’m a big fan of baked mussels and have tried it at other sushi locations, but Bluebei knocked it out of the ball park. It was our first time eating here and we will definitely be back for more!
