A great place to go on a Cold blustery day in Lakeway. The chicken pot pie and tomato basil soup really hit the spot. The staff was so friendly they had a full time person on the salad bar keeping it in perfect condition. This is one of our go locations for good food.

Always loved their based potato (plain Jane my choice) & chili. Great selection of sandwiches. There were a few pasta dishes. Unlimited salad bar is also a good healthy option. A bonus is the soft serve ice cream for dessert.

I was really looking forward to Jason’s Deli, but I was not that impressed with my food yesterday. I got the salad bar which is usually a fan favorite. I splurged and added the hot salmon on top & it was dry and hard. The potato salad was pretty flavorless and the broccoli salad as well. Boiled eggs were over cooked. The only redeeming part was the ginger muffins but that being the only part of my meal with flavor was really disappointing. Especially for that price point of $22.70 total including a 20% tip. Cashier was friendly, restaurant was clean, line out the door when I arrived and left. Won’t be back.

Genuinely was an amazing experience I had a wonderful time the food was fantastic, and the staff was welcoming and so so friendly especially Desiree what a kind young women she is! Can’t wait to go back for more!

I go to Jason’s Deli at least twice a week, but the manager, Desiree, is by far the worst part of the experience. She has a terrible attitude, talks down to customers, and makes you feel unwelcome — I honestly don’t know how she became a manager. She’s bad for business and gives the place a negative vibe. Thankfully, the assistant manager, Carlton, is the complete opposite. He’s always patient, friendly, and smiling, and goes out of his way to make customers feel valued.

The last time I was in there (I believe it was last Friday) i had the best experience. Desiree, I believe that was her name, gave outstanding service. Helped me with navigating the menu, finding me the perfect sandwich, and salad bar.
I wanted a Rueben but I couldn’t remember what it was called but she had me describe it and knew exactly what I wanted and was so patient.

My daughter and I were in on the 19/08/25, my first time, and it was very good all the way around! We weren’t sure what we wanted but the young lady was very nice and extremely patient. I’m sorry but i don’t remember her name but i believe she was the manager. Very nice and professional. Food came out quickly.

Food great as usual, atmosphere not so friendly, female manager at 11am exhibits attitude of I’m watching you. Accusing me of taking to much at one visit salad bar, from now on I’ll satisfy my Jason’s craving at all of the other locations, and lots of choices in Lakeway. Update to last review, ALL OTHER JASON’S THE BEST, last time at Lakeway location, don’t need the aggravation.
