Two weeks in a row they did not have my order ready at the time specified in the online order. The first week they told me they didn’t make the salad I had ordered online. When I told them it was on their menu, they put some lettuce in a container and put some cheese on top. This week they didn’t make the pizza as I had specified. Time to find a new pizza place.

We love Papa Murphy’s but continue to experience a soggy middle crust after baking per instructions. We bake it for 10-12 minutes and then slide it onto the oven rack for a few more minutes. The outer crust is crisp and starting to burn and the inner part of the crust is soggy.
