I’ve always wanted to review this Pizza Hut but my issue was never a big enough issue that I felt it warranted a review but today y’all really showed me that good quality food is not a high priority at this location. I ordered some sweet chili and garlic Parmesan wings and this is what they had the nerve to hand me. Someone saw these wings and said “these look great, hand those to the customer please”. I feel robbed. The sweet chili picture only looks the way they do after shaking the box but the garlic Parmesan wings look naked. If I wanted those, I would’ve chosen that option. Pizza hut is getting away with robbing people right in front of their eyes and basically daring someone to do something about it because they didn’t even try to hide that they weren’t going to give me what I paid for.
Lastly, on deliveries where I choose “leave at my door”, why does your delivery guy ALWAYS knock on my door loudly? Always the same guy. It never bothered me too much but I just never understood the blatant disregard for following the delivery instruction especially if a tip was given in app

I’ve lived in town for a little over a year now and this location is outstanding every single time. They get to know you, they remember you when you call, they’re always courteous, and the food is always excellent. They’ve restored my hope for what restaurants can be.

We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for 1 order of breadsticks (which were ordered with our drinks) and 2 medium pizzas. Multiple parties were served before we even received plates and napkins. The staff was friendly and remorseful, but still a crappy visit. The sad thing was it was not very busy.

I purchase a pizza Nov 15th and the pizza was terrible so greasy it was dripping through the box. I called to ask for a replacement and the gentleman would not replace since it had been 2 weeks. I was shocked at how unprofessional and disrespectful the worker was. Terrible business that should not be supported.

I really wish I could have said something better. This is the second time ordering pizza the last few weeks, we get the 19.99 deal, so 2 pizzas and cheese sticks, we always make sure to put in the notes to make sure to cook the pizza longer. You don’t. It’s to the point of why do you have a “note” box. The Dexter location needs employees who can read. You double cooked the one pizza that didn’t need it and kept the other one so damn floppy we had to throw it in the oven to cook it more

Ordered online it charged on my bank card.
It said it would be ready for pick up in 24 minutes. We get there and The Manager says they never got our order and I pulled up the Order Number and it Showed her it had already taken the money off my card and all she could say was ” There is nothing I can do”.
Surely my order number could have been looked up and they could have figured something out but she wasn’t interested in trying to do anything. Oh But they dang sure got my Money. This Place has gone EXTREMELY DOWN HILL for the past 8 months. The Management needs To be Better Trained on instances like this and how to better there Customer Service Skills.

This location has INDOOR dining which is so rare at PH these days. It has a classic retro feel to it. The food was just as I remembered and very good. Service was great too. After being away from PH for several years because our 2 local chains are carry out only (and food poorly done also) this was a terrific stop while traveling. UPDATE: I have been to location many times now. Food and service has ALWAYS been good! I dont get all the negative reviews? I even got the family to drive over when we were in Sikeston and they couldnt believe how much better it was than the ones we have in Cape/Jackson MO.
