I’m confused why they show different flavors for their drinks yet every time we get a coffee it’s all plain bland tasteless coffee. Every flavor is all the same bland. it’s such a waste of money. Most of the workers are usually just on their phone and have poor customer service manners. Can’t wait for Caribou to open up and if you want good coffee go to 7 Brew they have different flavors. You can tell the difference between them and you actually get a bigger coffee for way less. There is no wait cause nobody’s going to it anymore.

i don’t usually get lucky with good service ever but today that changed at Starbucks. i ordered this morning and i was greeted with this wonderful sweet woman named Ava. after she gave me my sandwich i pulled off and realized i forgot my drink so i pulled around and out she comes RUNNING to bring me my drink. i was so appreciative and grateful. i pulled around to get a straw and her name and she was already there at the window. Amazing and what I expect from services. I just wanted to share my experience this morning because it brought a huge smile to my face and a great start to the day.

I sat there and watched them for over 15 minutes while they made other people’s drinks. They had forgotten to make my drink and claimed someone must have taken it. Didn’t even apologize or try to make things right. Terrible service. Drink was not full and was full of ice.

The worst drive-thru customer service I have ever had at a Starbucks. The girl at the window completely ignored me TWICE at the window. I mean I am looking right at her and I can see my drink on the counter. If she acknowledged me, I would have let her know that was my drink and been on my merry way. Instead when she finally acknowledges my presence and tries to hand me someone else’s order. I let her know that is not mine. Then she asked if I paid. I said yes and she turns to the Manager to ask the same question. I said you asked me and I said I did. She rolled her eyes and I said that is my drink looking at the counter. She turns picks up my drink and someone else order ready to hand them to me. I told her that is not my order (looking at whatever was in the bag) As a manager myself, I can not stand when employees ignore customers or give bad service. The manager was kind and did what she was suppose to do but I will not be coming back to this Starbucks.

Fast service, and they made my order perfectly for me. I always get an extra two shots of white chocolate for my mocha and its the best. I know they are pricey for specialty coffee drinks like the one I order but it’s just about the quality for me, and I happen to love this location because it’s always perfect.

The absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited. The service is garbage and many baristas need an attitude adjustment. And the quality of the drinks and food are garbage. I would recommend a literal gas station for coffee before this place.
A barista (who conveniently wasn’t wearing a name tag) made me feel stupid for how I wanted my drink made. I placed an online order for a hot beverage and she took it upon herself to make it iced. After respectfully notifying the mistake she said in the most condescending way “Why would you want vanilla cold foam in a hot drink?” It’s literally the same as putting cold creamer in a hot coffee. Who cares how I want it. I requested a hot drink and you shouldn’t take it upon yourself to make it iced because you think my way is stupid. And laughing at me because of how I like it is literally juvenile and disrespectful and is the hallmark of a high school bully mentality.

Usually don’t have any issues at this Starbucks but today I went in and the person at the register was rude and seems to be irritated that he had to actually do his job. Once he actually made my drink it was rushed and didn’t taste like it had any Expresso in it. It would be different if the experience wasn’t bad from start to finish but it was definitely not customer service that makes me want to come back.
