The food, especially the ribs, are absolutely great. Kind of remind me of mission barbecue.However, I will note that this place is also much more expensive than mission barbecue. Two people, two meals, two drinks came up to around sixty four dollars.

Go-Bears is conveniently located right off of I-49 at the Sunset/Grand Coteau exit. There’s a convenience store with your average goods available for purchase as well as a small counter with boudin balls, chicken strips, and other fare. They have a few souvenir items as well. They have fresh ground coffee and other refreshments as well. Located in the store is a sit down restaurant with po-boys, fried fish, and more. It’s delicious. There’s also a casino and a trucker area. Prices seem to be a bit above average when compared to other convenience stores.
