Taco Bell sucks. They won’t take your order and there are only 2 screens to order on. Waiting in line to order with no customer service. Absolutely No customer service per corporate taco bell GFY corporate TBell. You suck . And the foods not even good.

This is, without question, the most unprofessional and unsafe Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.
I went through the drive-thru for lunch, and my soda tasted off (syrup was out), no big deal I went inside to have get fixed — and walked into a disturbing scene.
Hostile & Toxic Leadership
The General Manager, Kristin, was screaming at a young woman, using aggressive body language to the point it looked like things could turn physical. She was calling her names, gossiping, and encouraging other employees to laugh at her. This isn’t just bad management — it’s beyond gross negligence and a toxic work environment on full display.
Food Safety Concerns
While this was happening, I saw an employee eating behind the counter, wiping his hands on his shirt, and immediately going back to preparing food. That is a serious health and safety violation. The county health department outta come check this out
Because the GM was so focused on belittling this young woman, she was relentless down talking to her about food stamps. UNBELIEVABLY SHOCKING. the drive-thru line was backed up and service was chaotic which is why I had to come inside. The young woman left visibly upset, while the GM and her team laughed at her expense — in front of customers.
I will never support this BROOKSVILLE LOCATION toxic environment and negligent manager representing them. I know this is a franchise but I do know Taco Bell has an image to uphold, and this ain’t it.
Taco Bell corporate needs to investigate immediately and review the security cameras from today’s incident. I did take a picture, they should all be ashamed and fired, then who will need government help? DO BETTER KRISTIN

We decided to wat in for lunch. They were acting busy but there were not a lot of customers. Drive thru wasn’t too Took about 7 minutes for our food to come out. It was pretty good but the chilupa shell was stale. The soda station and tables were dirty. They came out and cleaned it when they saw me taking pictures. There was an employee laying in the corner booth on break in the lobby with dirty tables. Over all it was an ok experience. I would give them one more shot if I was in the area. Looks like these employees need a boost.

03-2022 – update – I went to this location today at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday to have breakfast. I was told by the staff on duty that I could not eat breakfast in the dining room that I can only order through the drive-thru. If Taco Bell ever wants to build their breakfast service to compete with Burger King at McDonald’s they need to have consistency. There was no legitimate reason why I could not eat breakfast in the dining room. This location has poor customer service

Wow! I love Taco Bell, but the people working here make it so much better .
I’m not used to the order touch screen. Being old, I just go to the counter everywhere l go to order.
I was very annoyed at the girl at first because she told me to go to the kiosk to make my order. I didn’t really know what to do. She did everything for me. So I appreciate that.
My Mexican pizza was made fast, and it was delicious! They didn’t get cheap on the toppings either as some do.
And my two crunchy Tacos were also hot and deluctable.
Hats off to the management of this store who obviously teaches the crew how to be courteous and helpful, especially to us older folks.

I went in to get food and the staff was handling the food after touching dirty stuff and trash and then making my food without washing their hands as well as swearing and the girl who claimed to be the GM doing the same thing. When asked she just laughed and said oh they did wash their hands and walked away. I hope the corporate office will look into this women and do a unannounced inspection. I will be following up with the corporate office to make sure it is done. I will also be calling the Hernando county office about this situation and hope they do an inspection on this facility. This is no way to run a national business. This Taco Bell is not a clean and friendly business.

I had a soft taco supreme and a crunchy taco and fiesta potatoes and the meat was like soupy and runny didn’t have hardly any Taco flavoring and my food was served on a wet tray had a lot of water on it I asked the girl to make my food again and she gave me a dirty look after she made it she handed it to me and I politely said thank you and she looked at me and didn’t say anything back will not be visiting this Taco Bell again.
