I ordered a pizza, they said it’d be about 45 minutes which was fine. 55 minutes later I called the store to check up on it and they totally haven’t picked up 20 minutes or so before, it appeared that the door Dasher had run off with it. They said. Person on the phone said he would get another one made and sent out. Hour. After that I called them back. They’ve been made just not picked up yet meaning it’s probably sitting there cold on their bench. I am very disappointed with Pizza Hut. They used to be much better. Course. They used to have their own drivers.
About a half hour later the pizza did show up, it was not quite Stone Cold but it was definitely cooled off. About the same time. Time, I got a notification from the previous driver that they had left my pizza on the front door. Someone named Veronica Veronica needs to be fired or go get a job cooking fries at McDonald’s. I have also filed a complaint with the corporate office with all of the details.
Since pizza has since Pizza Hut has switched from their own drivers to utilizing Doordash, the delivery service has bottomed out. The Doordash drivers are rude, inconsiderate and cannot follow instructions. I have had to give up on Pizza Hut as a source of food

I got a stuffed crust pizza along with boneless wings because they have a combo deal going on right now. The wings were okay, some of them a little too much breading and not quite enough sauce. But I’m pretty sure these come frozen so the store can’t really control that. The real issue I had was the pizza. I have been a fan of their stuffed crust since it came out in the 90s. I love this stuff. The crust is different from their other pizza, which I personally do not like any of it. The crust is usually soft and not so thin. This tastes like the other crust, I think maybe pan? It’s not soft, this crust is chewy, kind of hard and very greasy, and very thin. It was okay when it was fresh, but as it cooled down it started to taste stale. Don’t know what’s going on but I will probably stop ordering pizza from here. Papa John’s has a decent stuffed crust nowadays.

I placed an order over the phone to be delivered. The person on the phone was diligent and patient with my ordering and ensured that the order was correct. The pizza was delivered by door dash versus any one from pizza hut. The pizza was completely wrong. I called to try to correct it, got sent to the manager line several times and hung up on. Submitted feedback via the pizzahut website, got an unsatisfactory response. Please consider taking your business anywhere but PizzaHut. $30 for crap pizza that wasn’t even right just because I was tired and didn’t want to drive to Dion’s?

So we placed an order ahead to be delivered-WHICH SHOULD NOT BE AVALIBLE if you are going to cancel it because it was for “8 a.m” even though it was for a catered lunch at 11:15 am for my job. I am aware that the Pizza Hut doesn’t open till 11 am. I put the order in ahead of time so it could be doordashed on time or by lunch time 12 the latest. Needless to say, we never got our order and took our business elsewhere after it kept getting transfered from driver to driver and finally cancelled. Don’t order from this location for their lack of communication AND professionalism. Take your business to Dominos or any local joint.

The food I receive was stale like it’s been setting for a couple days. I felt like I was eating left overs. They didn’t put any sauce on the food and the whoever delivered it put in on the floor in front of my house and didn’t bother ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door to let us know the food was here. This was the worse pizza I’ve ever had. I’ll never order from here again. I thought dominos was bad, this was even worse. I can’t believe they stay in business with food like this and people so lazy they can’t even ring the bell to inform you your order is here. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Even negative, way I feel.

So horrible they don’t even deserve one star got my order wrong call. The store was transferred to somebody and then when I got to that they had to transfer me again spending $51.67 on a freaking order. These people do not want to replace the order refund the order or even listen to what I have to say Excuses they’re too busy to deal with it so as far as I’m concerned, I will never return this location I had to go to capital one and cancel my payment and this is the level of the customer service we receive in 2025 and they want raises and tips

Last time I ordered a New Yorker, it was cut into 8 skinny slices and they forgot to put the extra cheese I paid for on it. This time, they again didn’t put extra cheese, didn’t give us the sauce we asked for, and as they actually cut into 6 pieces… I’m sure the picture will say it all (how is that little piece considered a “New York slice of pizza?!). I’m never ordering pizza hut ever again in my life. Well definitely not with my money.
Not to mention they said it would take 30-40 minutes to get here and it took over an hour. With the pizza tasting like it sat around for at least a half hour.

I live in MORIARTY so there’s no hot wings there like pizza hut but when I got mine they where mixed with another sauce its too far for me to go back but damn it every time

We have not ordered pizza from Pizza Hut in years. So when my wife said she wanted Pizza Hut I thought I would.
Placed the order on the website for a large pepperoni lovers pizza for delivery. Payed the 33.50 (including 5.50 delivery fee and 4.00 tip) and waited. Got a text that said my pizza was going to be delivered by door dash not Pizza Hut. When it arrived it was cold. No pizza bag to keep it warm driver didn’t speak any English no Parmesan or chili flakes. Opened the box to find what I believe is a standard 1 topping pizza very little cheese almost no sauce. This is probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut. I would say that if you want a good pizza since it comes DoorDash anyway you should get one from Deon’s or any other pizza place in the city.maybe a different Pizza Hut other then the one on Wyoming. I will never order pizza delivery from Pizza Hut again.
