This is a hidden gem of a restaurant. It’s a small place that offers tons of options of Mexican breakfast. The food tasted delicious and the drinks were amazing in my opinion. The Mango -go -go was my favorite. The only draw back that’s not the restaurant fault is the parking. It’s very small. But everything else is great!

The food and service was not bad but also not great, just ok. We had to remind our server we wanted water and a box for the leftovers. The jumbo coffee was $8 but I would’ve been fine with a smaller size if it meant not compromising the flavor. Hardly tasted like a blend of Chai and Horchata.

Food is good average, customer service takes 20 mins to ask for your order then takes 1 hour for your food. Apparently there is only one cook and 1 waiter. No area to sit too small of a dining area.

We were the first customers, arrived at 9am on a Sunday morning, and were served quickly, and the food came out fast and hot, even though I’ve seen comments that the service is slow, especially when they bring the food to the table. At first, there’s only one lady greeting customers, her name: DULCE, showing them to their tables, and taking orders, and I only saw one young man in the kitchen. So we were lucky.
By 9:37 am the restaurant was full but more employees came to work here.
But the food was delicious, and the service was excellent and friendly. Prices start from 16 and up. It’s good to me. I enjoyed a lot. We will return.

Sweet jazz rolling at brunch. Amazing variety of food and beverages. Cute little place intimately decorated, looking nothing like the outside. We had strawberry coffee, lavender lemonade, and one super patron for two of us.

My wife and I visited Dolche Cafe located in the heart of Chula Vista on Broadway next door to Costco. We were greeted by the nice owner of this business and ordered a variety of food from their menu on the two consecutive days that we were in the area. We can say that this business has the 3 elements that in our opinion make a good restaurant. Food quality and taste, service and price. The Food quality was excellent and fresh, from the café de olla we ordered, to the enchiladas, pechugas con mole, salad with carne asada, cucumber water, crepes con Nutella and cinnamon apple crepes. We liked it so much that after our first visit we had to return for a repeat the next day. Service was very good. We appreciate our server’s attention and talking to the owner who checked up on us during our stay. Prices were fair considering the high cost of raw materials and rent these days. We wish this local restaurant the best in their grand opening. We will be back to try other items in their menu. Highly recommended.

Nestled in the rear of a liquor store lies a wonderful Mexican restaurant. The restaurant is small but very busy. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is fun and vibrant. Just be sure you don’t park in the 3 parking areas of the liquor store. They will immediately tow you.

Yum! The girlfriend and I decided to grab some brunch whilst out and about running errands and we settled upon Dolche Cafe. It is extremely small but that does not detract from the experience at all. The service was great and the food delectable. Our server did make a mistake with our order but was quick and professional to rectify the issue. The food was so good and I can’t wait to come back.
Update:
So my fiancé and I decided to come back. While the food was still top notch I would advise you to ask about the cost of your food. We asked for coffee and the server didn’t ask any follow up questions, then comes the check and we were served the JUMBO which of course is their most expensive option. I wish they were more transparent with their prices and options which is why I changed my original rating from 5 stars to 4.

The staff and owners were exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere where I could comfortably work on my laptop. However, some dishes featured spices or ingredients that weren’t to my liking. It’s worth a try though, as personal tastes vary. For instance, I had never tried potatoes with rosemary before and found the rosemary’s flavor overpoweringly strong, suggesting a need for more cautious seasoning. Additionally, I was somewhat displeased when my service was cleared before I had finished. On a positive note, they kindly offered more cookies, allowing me to leisurely finish my coffee. The ambiance was notable, with an incense-filled air and vividly colored metal chairs. I consider this place expensive.
