My cherry limeade was ok at best. The fries my friends got in their meals were fresh, but their hamburgers weren’t hot, tasted old and rubbery. The young man who delivered the food was funny and nice and it was pretty clean outside around the menus and around the sitting area. It was right after the lunch rush hour so as someone who was in food and beverage for 25+ years, sometimes right after the lunch or dinner rush, the team is still trying to get caught up. We’ll visit again because we know this location is pretty good overall.

Very poor service. There were literally 2-3 customers in all at the restaurant and they still couldn’t do their job right. I asked for a strawberry slush with coconut and extra strawberry. I literally got a watered down slush with a tad of coconut. I came back and asked them to remake it they remade it only to put no coconut syrup at all, they also forgot my

Placed an online order and when I got arrived the place was empty at 12pm. Checked into my spot and it took them 5 minuets to brink my food out. While handing me my drinks my fries and burrito were dropped into a puddle. He said sorry let me get you a new one. Less than a minuet later he was out with a new bag and fry containers that were not even half full. Uninstalled the app and probably won’t go back to a sonic in BCS again.

I successfully have used the app to receive a half price route 44 drink at least twice now. I was frustrated before when the app wasn’t working.

I thought I’d try the totchos a second time, and it was worse than the first. I asked for lettuce, and I got less that the equivalent of one leaf. Everything else was okay. However, the cheeseburgers had very little mayo or ketchup. Very disappointed. With costs so high now, you’d expect quality to go up, not down.

Zero Star Review. Terrible service – Terrible Food. Seems every time I go here something is wrong with my order. This time my sandwich bread was clearly molded. Lots of horseplay happening. This is not the sonic to stop at in Bryan. Go to the Briarcrest location, much better service AND I’ve never experienced receiving bad food. Disgusting!!!
