Came last night for food and drinks. First round of drinks got very quickly. Asked server for a couple of minutes to order she never came back. Finally flagged another server down to place food order after 20-30 minutes. Took awhile to get food, once arrived 3 out of the 4 meals were cold. No one ever came back to check on food or if we needed more drinks. We actually had to go to bar to ask for our bill. It was not busy for a Saturday night, they seemed more worried about stocking drinks at the bar. Too many places in town to come back here for this type of service.

Caddyshack on Harrison was a great find! Clean, welcoming & easy to overlook if you’re not paying attention. The food was outstanding & our server Dana absolutely nailed it with her recommendation of the 1/2 parm/ 1/2 Buffalo wings! They were excellent, really glad we stopped in & will def be back. Highly recommend!

Greeted immediately upon being seated. Was not busy at all for Valentine’s Day evening and many tables were open. Table of 2 ordered one alcoholic drink and a Shirley Temple as my husband has been sober for 18 months. Drinks come out right away. My husband takes a sip and immediately realizes his is a dirty Shirley and not what he ordered. Waitress was flagged and I let her know the error. She asked if I would “drink it”. I said “I guess so?” Although it was not what either of us ordered. Upon leaving I noticed that we were charged for the beverage we did not order and they messed up. Reminder that if you are in certain seasons of life to double check what you are eating or drinking.

Service was iffy, but the customer service was pretty great. You could tell management cared and was trying to handle it, but we got stuck there for nearly 2 hours over a sandwich, salad, and nachos. Nachos were fab, but we couldn’t even get a drink

Food was amazing! Service was slow, however they were very busy and only had 2 bartenders/wait staff. Seemed a little understaffed for the amount of people in there at 730pm on a Tuesday night. They were very nice and apologetic. Will definitely go back.

Great Food, Fun Atmosphere, and Awesome Service!
The Caddy Shack is hands down one of the best sports bars in Omaha! The food is always fantastic—especially the char-buffed wings and the French dip sandwich. You can tell they put effort into making everything fresh and flavorful.
The atmosphere is exactly what you want in a sports bar—plenty of big-screen TVs, a fun crowd, and even games like pinball to keep things entertaining. It’s a great spot to watch the game, grab a drink, and hang out with friends.
On top of that, the staff is always friendly and attentive, making sure you have everything you need. Even when it’s busy, they do a great job keeping up with customers.
Highly recommend this place for a casual night out, game day, or just some amazing wings. Can’t wait to come back!

Can’t get this just anywhere. Best in town.
Update 1-20-20 – Tried a well last week found out they are $5.25 and there’s no mention of any well specials. Makes sense that 95% of the patrons are only drinking beers. There wasnt any sort of special pour our anything like that either.

Great concept, but poor management overshadowed the night. Despite having a good time initially, issues with ownership and staff attitude made it a disappointing experience. Not recommended until they sort their service

Waitress was absolutely TERRIBLE! Had a large group, about 15 total including kids if that, got dirty looks from the time we walked inside till the time we left, sat there waiting to order as she never came to take our order, so we started writing it down ourselves as she was clearly busy with her THREE other tables. Some of the food we didn’t even get but still had to pay for it as she standing at our table repeating herself over and over again on whose paying for these items as we were all confused and those items didn’t even come out. Working in the industry along with many others in our group it was rude of her to treat us the way she did! Two other girls had to step in and help her as she clearly didn’t care to take us. Once we were waiting for checks she’s behind the bar talking about every single one of us. As for the food, my lettuce was brown, soggy cauliflower, and over cooked fried pickles, couldn’t even mention my food as she never came back to our table, as we are waiting for checks the two forgotten cold pizzas that were sitting in the kitchen window forever came out couldn’t even acknowledge that she messed up and offer to make knew ones, just set them on the table and walked away but made sure they were paid for!! 120th location is way better!! Get more staff our replace your waitress.

I met a friend for apps and drinks. They treated us like we’ve been there every week. Laughing, joking, suggesting drink, it was so much fun. And the tachoes are AWESOME!!
