We got takeout tonight and it was absolutely delicious. The staff are so nice and so lovely. The brisket sandwich was absolutely delicious. The Cobb salad was fabulous. And the baked potato on the side was so perfect. And As Always, the onion loaf is a must. My favorite. Everything was packed up perfectly. Great care went into the preparation of our food and the packaging. We’ will definitely be going back soon.

Ordered the ribs and chicken combo
Chicken was moist with bbq sauce on it.
Ribs were not good at all.
No meat on them, what little meat that was on them, didn’t fall off the bone.
Cole slaw wasn’t good.
Overall a bad experience.
Will not be going back there.

Deliciously savory BBQ ribs that I happily drive over 10 mins for just to have. Fries are cooked exactly how I love which is quite rare. My go-to for a big satisfying and fairly priced meal to go.

I ordered St. Louis ribs and they gave me baby back. Barely had any meat on them. The beans were nasty weren’t seasoning taste like they just came out of the can. The rice wasn’t good. Either the Philly eggrolls disgusting. The cheese wasn’t melted. It was clumpy the ice and peppers were chopped way too big and the meat taste like it came from the frozen freezer in the grocery store. I wanna get anything other than the ribs from this place. The chicken also taste like it came off a dirty grill and smelled really bad.

Food is good, not great. Onion ring loaf was good. Baby back ribs were just ok, not smoked but rather just cooked with bbq sauce added after. Meh. Diesel sliders were basically a cheeseburger cut into 4 pcs lol. Also ordered a hamburger, no cheese well done and got a cheeseburger rare. Probably won’t be back unfortunately.

My wife got the pulled pork which was like slop, the flavor and texture was disgusting. The coleslaw honestly was one of the worst slaw’s we’ve had. I ordered the Carolina Chicken, it was crispy but close to cafeteria food. I hate to say this but probably the worst food I’ve ever had in CT.
