A really great restaurant just a few minutes off of 169. Fair warning: they only accept cash or check but not that surprising as it’s a Mom and Pop Diner. The food is DELICIOUS. My wife had a wonderful Western omelet. I had a great chicken fried steak that they were willing to make for me even though it wasn’t even lunch time yet. My kids loved their food too. Biscuits were soft, fluffy, and buttery. Pancakes are huge! Recommend this place for sure.

My brother wanted to eat at a dinner with authentic breakfast so I found this place on Google. I ate there one time before many years ago and forgot about it until recently. I’ve only been back in this area for a short while.
The service was friendly. The price was fair.
The portions were awesome.
If anyone comes to Allen county and wants a small town, family owned, classic style restaurant to sit and enjoy a meal then I highly recommend this place.

Tina’s Place is a cute, home town restaurant with a simple menu, good food, and friendly, attentive service. At the recommendation of our server, I ordered the Western Omelet. It was excellent – packed with ham, sausage, green onions, black olives and mushrooms. The hash browns were average but could have been warmer. But, the rye bread was delicious! My husband got the biscuits and gravy. There is no meat in the gravy which always makes gravy better in my opinion and the temperature was a little cool. Overall, it was a good experience.

Tina’s Place is great The airport manager recommended Tina’s and I drove a courtesy truck there for breakfast and loved it! Good food and great service.

The service was GREAT! But my breading on my chicken fried steak was really crunchy on edges. It could definitely use a different breading and the curly fries didnt have seasoning. The fried okra and cauliflower were delicious! The drinks are also 32 ounces to go cups and were refilled quickly.I will eat here again and try other dinners.

First time here. Very clean and roomy. Table are not bunched together, room to breathe. Waitress did an awesome job. Food was very good. Kinda busy at the time we ate, wife’s pancake wasnt very warm so the refunded the price and asked us to try them again. We will for sure.

Down home cooking at a reasonable price. Much of the menu is typical cafe food, but many of the dishes I’ve had for Sunday dinner there are outstanding, which keeps me coming back and driving 50 miles to do it, such as the smoked pork chop pictured.
