Me and my family drove 30 minutes to go out to eat at Jack’s in Florala specifically to try their new rib sandwich. We had never ate here or dined in at any Jack’s before. We had a slight problem with an online or app based special which the manager Debora solved with ease. We had a genuinely good time and all enjoyed the food. Very nice people and a wonderful experience. Would recommend.

Most places have chicken tenders but these were a cut above. They were very tender to the point where they almost melt in your mouth. Perfectly seasoned and taste fresh. The fries were cooked well but the seasoning fell short some fries had no seasoning while others were completely covered. This photo was supposed to be a large and obviously this was not. I informed the the nice young lady at the counter and she provided the proper amount for a large. The hamburger was the “jack” it was juicy and flavorful. The oder came out quick and hot!! The food is pretty good. The cheeseburgers are especially tasty. The fries have an odd seasoning that is applied very liberally. For me this distracts from the great taste of the crinkle fries. Drinks are filled for you. Order from the app to save money.
Employees are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of seating. A large TV and even a fireplace. The restaurant is usually clean. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked.
Drive thru available if you are on your 4 wheeler and need to pick up lunch.

My daughter and I we’re coming home from Destin Florida and we stopped at Jacks in Florala Alabama to grab something to eat and I ended up leaving my phone in the restroom. We got in the car and headed to Atlanta. I fell asleep full and happy then I woke up in Montgomery Alabama, a few hours from Florala. I couldn’t find my phone so my daughter called it and it was ringing but it but it wasn’t in the car. Then a lady answered and she let me know I had left it in the restroom at her Jacks. We we’re panicking because it was very late and several hours away to go back. The lady was the manager Debra and she offered to send me my phone the next day from the the post office. What a wonderful lady and I wanted to give her a shout out. If you ever go to Jacks in Florala Alabama and read this review please ask for The manager Debra and tell her what a blessing she is. Thank you Debra so much and we travel that way alot so the next time we are there, we will be dropping in to meet you. And to eat! Linda

Food was hot and fresh and was ready by the time my online order said it would be. They also were diligent about letting me know they were out of lemonade and let me decide on another drink which they then brought promptly out. Highly recommend this place for reference it was 9:54 pm when we went.

Wow ,My first time there was awesome . The staff demeanor and attitude was excellent, so kind ,so different from other types of fast food say in a big city like in Pensacola florida .. But yeh the food was perfect ,I love chicken and the fried chicken here was crispy perfection.. ,the chocolate shake was amazing, I couldn’t stop drinking the shake…Im very much the critic ,so my praises on this place are very sincere. I will stop here every time I’m passing through from now on..

Since we are from Central Florida, and we do not have a Jack’s in our state, we stop at Jack’s for the BEST Chicken and the biscuits in the world. We stopped here last year, for the first time and had some fantastic chicken here. We finally stopped our RV for the night and are chowing down on the chicken now.

I almost always get a perfect food here. Ive only had a few times where the biscuits or chicken had sat too long & dried out but it seems it’s only been during slow times. The majority of times have been very good. I just love their after 4 pm specials of chicken or chopped steak. Just wish the steak was thicker meat but it’s still good & good valve where I can get a meal with vegetables instead of just fries, love that part best of all. It’s just a good thing for senior’s who don’t cook often or eat alone! It’s important to be able to get a good affordable healthier meal, that’s hard to find these days. The only thing I wish would change would be the drinks were alittle cheaper when u buy the meals but that might be a drink company issue & not yours perhaps, drinks everywhere are too high I think. Tax & large drink takes it over $10 but I know tax is everywhere so ♀️

For a sit-down fast food thai restaurant, this is very nice. Plenty of room inside. The food seems to be higher quality than some other places. It’s like several popular restaurants combined and did even a better job. Chicken is very moist for bone-in. Burgers are decent. Might like a little more sickness to the meat but they seemed really good. Their fries and sides are really good. Love the fried pie I had.
