Hadn’t stopped at a Hardee’s in a while so decided to stop in at 1500837 in Carrollton. Did not disappoint. Have always loved the Frisco and my wife loves the chili-dogs. Excellent as expected. Fresh hot fries. Even the back crew said HI. Great location. (Order #124720)

Food is always really good and hot and fresh there. The only thing that I would complain about is it should be a little cleaner like the glass had Fingerprints and it looked like they washed it with dirty water. And the bathrooms were in need of a little bit of a clean but other than that, the service and the food is really good.

Went inside to eat, that was mistake number 1. Mistake number 2 was ordering food. Mistake number 3 was paying for food. Mistake number 4 was eating the food.
Should have left before we ordered but we didn’t notice how messy the place was until we already ordered.
Where to begin: waited over 15 minutes for food, we didn’t do special order or anything, just two number 7 meals and yet the wait was too long. We got our food and they didn’t have ketchup for the onion rings, and the ketchup dispenser didn’t have little cups and the server told us to use a drink lid, we tried that and the ketchup was extremely watery.
The whole place was a mess and many customers were complaining.
Someone needs to call the health department.

One on the worse burgers snd onions rings I ever had. Burger had wilted lettuce what little it had. Onion rings cooked so hard nothing was left to taste. Burger was nearly burnt. sweet tea wasn’t sweet. On top that I gad to wait forever to get my food. It tasted so bad I could mot eat it.

I was trying to get something light to eat. The cashier was very rude because she was overwhelmed. The head cook told her to hurry then she got mad. I had already order my food came back the hash brown round were so greasy and soft I asked for some fresh ones she said what you want me to do I said would you eat these. So she grab a bag out of the freezer slammed it shut and said he wants them burnt , burn them. I spent hard earned money to have something decent to eat not regretting my chose of food. Poor job 1st shift.. thanks alot. Have a better day.

Second time using app to order here in about 6 months. Each time the staff was atrocious. Lady working the front register and drive-through (believe it or not the freaking mgr!) finally asked me if she could after letting me stand at the register for almost 5 minutes. I tell her I have an app order so she looks at the hanging tickets and says “Oh, you have chicken too; you’ll have to wait 7 minutes.” Mind you I ordered like 10 mins BEFORE get’n there. Noticing the grimaced look on my face, she then proceeds to berate me to the other guests who were also waiting for their food to be prepared stating “You can get mad all you want! I’m understaffed so what do you want from me?” Again, I hadn’t said a word to her other than answer her “Can I help you” question. I then ask if she was talking to me to which she mumbled something and retreated to the back of the store. The Uber driver then said to me “You didn’t even say anything to her for her to respond like that.” I agreed and asked how long he’d been there; it was 5 mins. He then said “I have chicken too so I guess I have to wait 7 mins too since she never asked if she could help me.” Someone in corporate needs to show up and see how poorly run this particular restaurant is and how badly they treat paying ( former for me bc I won’t be back) customers. Deleting my app in 3…2…1…

The food is not fresh. Fries are always cold if you ask for hot ones they will dump the cold ones back into the oil. The milkshakes are the consistency of chocolate milk and the ppl who work here could care less about anything you have to say. It’s a no from me!

The food was good but don’t look for any kind of friendly service. The cashier stood and stared at us never said a word until we walked up to order. The manager was on the front line and never said a word. What happened to “welcome to Hardee’s” ?? The order was wrong so had to go back to the counter. When I am spending my money I would like to feel like I am welcomed. The tone of the restaurant starts with the manager in charge. This location must need one that cares about the restaurant. I definitely won’t be returning here.
