I usually love this place, recently service has been down atmosphere is dirty tables are dirty, staff seems to not want to work, a group of us went in today to order some desert we tried to order fresas con crema staff said they didn’t have cream for the fresesas, then we tried to order banana splits they told us the bananas are spoiled, then we tried to maybe order one last thing some delights staff said they don’t have fruit, wasn’t early either staff had enough time to prepare ingredients, or are they just getting paid to be on there phone. Don’t understand how they don’t have anything or place was a ghost town, not what it used to be!

Walked in with one car waiting in the drive thru. Wasn’t even sure if the store was open. All TVs off no one at the counter. Was in store for about 20mins. Not once did the guy/kid acknowledge me. Another gentleman came in after me and left after about of few minutes waiting. I understand being the only one and working on an order. But a simple. “Hello. Or I’ll be right with you” can go along way. Especially if you’ve noticed that someone has been waiting patiently the entire time.

Came by today to try it out. Visited the San Juan location. Great customer service, gave us some sample to try out the shaved fruit flavors. Craving for any snack, recommend it, its worth your time.

Let me say don’t even think twice about this place! I literally live less than a minute from here and my husband and I barley tried it the other day! We have been missing out this whole time! I tried a medium Cucumber shaved fruit with sweet chamoy and Lucas, ughh super delicious! Which is in the picture. I also ordered Large nachos and not even my husband and I could finish it..
We went yesterday again and I ended up trying a mini coconut shaved fruit and again not a disappointment and the mini was perfect because I had ordered a medium the first time around and it was too much… I didn’t put any chamoy on the coconut and it was simply creamy delicious just like that. When you refreeze these they do not get rock hard like raspas, they stay creamy and easier to scoop out…. My husband ordered a Banana Split with Strawberry, Vanilla and chocolate ice cream. He said it was the best Banana split he had ever had!
They also offer alcohol smoothies and michiladas prepared. The girls that work there are amazing and super honest, I was warned about the nachos being super large and I should have listened.
Guys check this place out they have so much more to offer!

First time going to this place. Overall very fast and friendly. I ordered the Crazy mangonada which was the first option on their signature flavors. I didn’t expect to receive some green slime instead of chamoy (I’ve never seen a green mangonada). I guess my problem is it feels like a surprise menu in which you don’t know what you’re getting unless you ask for a description for every single item because there are no pictures on the menu (nowhere did I see something about green sour mangonadas). I didn’t mind the flavor, again, it tasted nothing like a mangonada, but I was disturbed at the amount of coloring the green sauce has. By the time I was 2/3 done the glass was a dark green slushie which I couldn’t even finish… Overall, quality was good. Will be back, just disappointed because this is not what comes to mind when you think of a mangonada….

We got a mangonada, the fruit was super good, really fresh. I also got hot Cheetos with cheese and also not disappointed! They have a good variety and everything looks fresh and amazing. Great snack place!

They are super friendly and the large sizes are actually large. The elote is bomb. The mangonadas are delicious. They do good with special requests. I asked for hot cheetos with diced pickles and they did it. My favorite place to go.

Just went right now to buy some Clamato preparado they always put the shrimp and and today the girls that were in the window looked like they did not know anything bad service they were looking at each other I went there because in the past the service was good and the Clamato preparado the best but not this time.
