I’m not sure I’ve ever left a review but I felt compelled to log into an account just to post about this subway. My family of four visited this location after a basketball game a few weeks ago, had a pleasant enough experience and decided to come back tonight. Not only did the gentleman remember us and our specific orders, he even noticed we were one person short from our crew. Having someone especially this day and age take enough care to remember you and your order is so rare. You should absolutely go to this subway!!

I never have to worry about a bad sandwhich from here. I often do mobile orders and they always make mine correctly. I always ask for extra everything and they are far from stingy!!! Staff is super friendly we love seeing the same guy at the drive thru every time we come! He always remembers us and is so sweet! Service is fast and staff work efficiently even during busy hours. Also bonus there’s a drive thru so you don’t have to get out of your car!

My family has eaten there almost every Tuesday at this location and the old one across the street for years now. The staff is always friendly and does a great job of getting the customers thru so the wait is never long. Nick the manager is always pleasant. Plus this Subway accepts the corporate coupons that a few Subways don’t seem to be honoring anymore.

The customer service at this location is absolutely horrific. Do yourself a favor and drive a little farther to a different Subway.
We ordered our sandwiches online before heading out of town for the holiday to be efficient. When we picked them up, one sandwich was completely wrong including toppings and sauces we never requested. When we walked back inside, the employee argued with us, insisting that the toppings “showed up on her screen.” When we explained again that this wasn’t what we ordered, she replied, “I don’t know what to tell you,” and told us we needed to order another sandwich.
So I ended up paying another $10 for a sandwich because we needed to get on the road. I paid just so my daughter and I would actually have something to eat.
I can’t imagine the owner would be anything but horrified that an employee not only handled the situation this poorly but also charged us for their mistake. This is not how you treat customers.

If you’re looking for friendly service at a clean place, this is where you go. After just a few visits you will feel like you are visiting family. Subway is great to continuously add new sandwiches. Don’t forget the cookie!! Absolute best in town.

Ordered a Philly steak sandwich & it was bread, Mayo, mustard & vegetables. Little or NO meat! I have not been there in quite sometime, but the sandwich was a veggie no where near a Philly steak. I will not go back & I work literally down the street & will inform everyone about this experience
