I dined in tonight. My food was cooked fresh everything except the fries. I told the cashier that my fries wasn’t hot. She stated to me and said I just work here. I asked for the manager and the manager brought out fresh fries. After I finish my food, I went up to ask for a bag for my leftovers. I asked The cashier what was her name and she said Gabriella and then she said sorry if I was rude earlier. Gabriella knew she was rude and didn’t apologize until I asked her for her name. I’ve been coming to this bud over 10 years and never experienced nothing like this.

I ordered fish and chicken combo with an extra side to go. I left and when I opened the bag the extra side was missing and they didn’t provide plasticware. I called and spoke with Jessica the manager. She said I have to ask for plasticware and I responded that I was not told and they don’t post it. She responded with ” I should have asked because the young girl that gave me my order is autistic and I should have realized that therefore it was my responsibility to check my order”. By the way, Jessica is the one that put the food in the bag. Jessica blamed a person with a disability! What a bad person!

Today was my first time here. The food was fresh and done well. I told the person at the drive thru and they went through the options with me which was definitely nice. The only recommendation I would have is to change the ketchup to one without high fructose corn syrup, and the lemonade was a bit watered down. All else comes with full recommendation.

The service was very pleasant and fast. They listened precisely to my request on food preparation. Some of the best chicken livers I have had in a very long time. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and well stocked. I certainly recommend this establishment and will visit again when I am in the area.

So I visit Buds maybe twice a month when I go to the local thrift shop. Today I went in for what I always get which is the fingers, always fresh and perfectly coated and the fries are always hot and fresh fried. Today after I was helped and eating I witnessed an older man who needed some kind of help ordering over his phone even though he was in the the building? Haha who knows maybe a deal online or his payment info in the phone? Anyways my review is due to the young lady behind the counter took the time to help him even doing the order on his phone with him! She did it with patience and a smile the whole time. I am a restaurant manager myself and it’s not easy to always take that extra step when realistically she isn’t getting anything extra by going above and beyond like she did, she wasn’t asked by a manager or seemed annoyed at any time. I believe her name is Erin(not sure the spelling)I made sure to let her know how nice that was and put a smile on my face. You have a great team member Buds! Keep up the great work and fresh food! Ben eating at Buds since I was a kid and I’m 40 now.
