I’ve been to numerous Hibachi Express locations before but this one is the best experience I’ve had by far! The food is absolutely delicious and very affordable. The hibachi is here is my favorite but you really can’t miss with any item on the menu. I was skeptical at first because of the location of the place and didn’t have high hopes coming in but the food is top quality, staff is friendly, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. 10/10 don’t miss this hidden gem.

I ordered takeout for the first time and unfortunately most of my food was inedible. The house salad was covered in water and leaked into the bag filling it with water. The California roll had been placed on top of hot food so the ingredients weren’t fresh anymore and the roll completely fell apart. The rice was insanely dry, I tried adding soy sauce which didn’t help. The edamame was also filled with water making half of it completely inedible. Extremely disappointed

This place is an absolute gem, tucked away in this plaza. The food portions are excellent for dine in or to-go. The flavor is great, beyond impressive for this type of concept. It tastes way better than Osaka or similar places. The prices seem like from a decade ago. Very reasonable feed the family here. The restaurant is always clean & neat too. And their speed is second to none, faster than fast food yet you will still feel good after eating. I can’t say enough about this place, keep up the great work folks!

I’m sorry but I have to give this place a 2 .I’m just being considerate. Food was good specially the hibachi. We ordered the steak and it comes with 7 little tiny pieces. The avocado salad was a joke. And the crab Rangoon wasn’t taste fresh. The customer service totally sucked. I had this young gentleman with a long hair coming to our table bringing us food with a (sad,depressed face) I can compare it with the Bergens face (Trolls movie)expression exactly like that when he brought our food and us being nice and say thank you. Mind you we even tipped 5 dollars Imao not worth it. We even drove 15 minutes just to visit the place ended up being disappointed.

Love, love, their shrimp tempura rolls and spicy crab sushi rolls. Their prices are reasonable for sushi rolls. We also tried the Hibachi steak and shrimp and the Japanese noodle combo with chicken and shrimp, both were great. You have the option to order and pick up, however, their is a small hidden fee for ordering online which I didn’t realize. Highly recommend

I come here as often as I can. We have a hibachi express in Plant City and I rather drive to Auburndale. The portions here are awesome, the food flavor is amazing and the staff are nice. The staff bring food to your table. Unfortunately, Plant City can’t say the same.
