Horrible food and terrible service. Chicken was extremely hard and dry. The fries were undercooked and soggy. I called and was placed on hold for almost 10 mins. The manager refused to get on the phone. He also, refused to give a refund or credit. Very poor customer service.

Ordered a Grandma Pizza online and for some reason they ordered me a Grandma Upsidedown pizza and when I noticed it I called the place because the app would not let me cancel the order of edit it and the worker said he already made it and couldn’t make the one I wanted which was cheaper. Pizza came and was not at all what I wanted or bragged to my girlfriend for 3hrs on the trip up here so thanx for that guys.

Thoroughly upset with this place have been a customer for over a year . Since February I have had nothing but problems. One of my orders was 2 1/2 hours late because the driver broke down and didn’t report to the restaurant. Apparently this is what I was told so somebody had to remake my food and then bring it out to me. Another time ordered subs. They were completely soggy and missing like half of the ingredients to the sub, so I had to have the order made and brought to me again next time they forgot some of the order the person had to go and bring it back to me. Few times ordered after, the deliveries have taken a ridiculous amount of time to get to me (over an hour and half) I usually have to call the restaurant and ask where the driver is where I’m told about 10 minutes then 10 minutes and then 15 minutes and then 20 minutes goes by and then I have to call them again and I’m told something else. Food just arrived salad is massively soggy and warm. My croutons are soggy like they’ve been sitting for over 40 minutes before arriving to me. My sandwich was also soggy because the delivery driver decided to take over an hour to deliver it to my house when I am only a few minutes away, needless to say. I’m thoroughly aggravated and I will not be ordering from this place any longer.

In restaurant, no problems yet,. Delivery orders, the woman who took order tonight. 2/6. Did not relay order request correctly or the cook ignored them. Requested DO NOT TOAST THE BREAD. And they did, not only did they toast it. But they burned it. When I told her she couldn’t take an order correctly, she threatened me. I recommend that they be careful who they hire, Poor customer service could ruin their patrons confidence

Best Sicilian pizza I’ve ever had. Freshly made, excellent cheese and sauce. I sometimes get acid reflux from tomato sauce and this pizza gave me no issues. Great customer service as well. Can’t beat it for about 20 bucks.

We moved to the area 2 months ago, so we trying different places and this was our second pizza place to visit. We were very hungry and excited to try it…For starters we ordered garlic knots and Caesar salad. We waited for that much longer than we wished we would. Garlic knots finally came, to our disappointment 3 of 5 pieces were very underdone and all of them tasted stale. (We are eating them whole life, that never ever happened before) Then Caesar salad came – humongous pieces of the salad leaves very overgrown kind and no parmesan cheese whatsoever, dressing was kind of sour, and without parmesan cheese all tasted wrong, when we moved salad leaves around on the plate, to our surprise there was 1×2 in chunk of yellow sliced cheese (like American cheese) which had no place to be on our plate..!
Pizza came looking appetizing and was fairly good – not the best. On the plate what I got for pizza was about an inch long piece of hair or fiber. I have to say server was very pleasant, but not adequately/professionally trained how to react on these situations – when we asked her if parmesan cheese should be on the Caesar salad, her response was – “It was was not..? No sorry, no can I bring you another one – nothing… When we asked her what is that yellow piece of cheese doing on the plate, she said it must fell on it when they were doing something else – again no sorry..!!! Even restaurant was empty it was around 4 p.m., at some point of our early dinner the little boy (around 4-5) came and sit couple tables from us with slice of pizza, nobody was attending to him (we assumed, which was confirmed later by our server, he was owner’s son). He didn’t touch his food and was pacing from his table to ours and staring at us and our food and he kept doing it, even after I nicely asked him “go please to your table and eat your food” – he did not I ended this visit by going to the bathroom, where I had really hard time to close the door, I had to lift it and push it hard to be able to close it…
… I don’t have any pictures of the food as I usually I would have, because I was so tired and I initially told my husband “I am not going to do review of this restaurant”, but after all these things happen I decided to do so. I just took some pictures of the front door and interior, we have to say look pretty nice… So that one ⭐ of my review is for… We are also so disappointed, because we thought it would be great pizza place because it’s very close to where we live.

It looks a little beaten inside. I ordered a margarita pizza I would give them a 7.4/10. It felt like the tomato sauce took over the pizza I got bits and pieces of mozzarella which was okay. I will definitely come again though!!

First and last time eating here, pizza was floppy and sloppy, No flavor.. needed to be cut into slices by my husband.. Boneless wings were terrible.. I’ve had better at the local gas station. Over 70$ for takeout plus tip .. could have dined in at a better restaurant for that price.. when we complained they didn’t even apologize or offer the fix anything They said thank you and hung up. Really hard to find good pizza around here.

Yeah, I’ve been ordering here for a good year.Maybe longer , I had one incident where they took an hour , and a half to deliver , I called him after an hour , he said it would be a couple more minutes , ten minutes went by then I.
Called back he said he would deliver himself he said his. his driver got into an accident.
Half hour later, somebody else showed up. Delivering the food and the pizza was cold.
Ask for some kind of compensation. Something off my meal the next time. They refused saying a couple people did not complain and this was pretty late. That’s why I was asking for a little discount of compensation. And he could have called me back to say listen, it’s gonna be another half hour. The pizza did not come from directly is shot because it was cold like I said when it got to my house. Ten minute drive! I just called to order a expensive meal for delivery.And he said he talked to the boss in the boss would not give me any kind of compensation or discount.I will take my business elsewhere.Bad customer service. Normally I’m pretty patient but it was late.And it’s always been pretty much on time.And the one time it could have called me back and said look, it’s gonna be a 1/2 hour longer instead of saying I’ll bring it myself.Bad choice bad customer service.
