Sad this place looked so good when it first opened. See it didn’t take long, place was a mess and you can see the grease on the counters and floors. Staff was there because you could tell they just needed to collect a check no sense of urgency or professionalism. Only one that was attentive was the kid that prepared the food smh. If you use the app, pay attention to the time cause if not you’ll be waiting… they don’t update the status…

To prequalify review, they weren’t busy. Took order OK but were not friendly. We heard one employee tell another employee it would be 16 minutes to cook order. It did take a long time to get order. Pop was flat. On the plus side the food was good. Bathroom was unclean, floor was very slick and they were out of paper hand towels. Lobby had bugs and needs a good cleaning. Not a good experience.

It’s been years since i’ve been to kentucky fried chicken, and I saw they had their original honey barbecue sauce back so I stopped to buy a boneless breasted chicken.With some honey barbecue sauce and it was very good. Although the soda machine had no ice for my drinks and it cost me six dollars 42 drinks that I had no ice with.I was still happy with my meal. It would have been nice to have been compensated.The drinks are given them for free.

Ohhhh when you have that craving for chicken, KFC was a great quick way to go. Delicious chicken with sides of mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuits and coleslaw. Will definitely go there again.

This location has to have the rudest staff!!!!! Half the time that you go here, nothing is in stock. And there is no reason that I should not be able to get a twelve piece meal with the type of chicken that I want in it, even when I offer to pay up charge to have that type of chicken that’s insane. Never at any other KFC have we not been able to get the type of chicken that we eat and pay an up charge to have it? Their attitude here is absolutely terrible and obviously the management is as well since this has been going on for a long time. They just let over $40.00 walk out of their Drive thru…. and to me, that’s crazy. I’m going to head right on down Silver Springs. Boulevard, to Lee’s chicken, right?Where I know that I can get breast and thighs, even if I have to pay an up charge and give them my business and my money. They took my order with a kind voice and a smile at the window. And happily let me pay an up charge to have two breasts.. From all the other reviews that i’m reading, I see, I am not the only one! I suggest somebody step in at this location.

Only positive: the premade, prepackaged cookie was fantastic!!
To start, everything was cold.
Took a big bite of my pot pie and nearly choked on a massive chicken bone. Made it super difficult to stomach the potpie after that. The “gravy” in it was extremely runny, and a weird texture. The top pastry was raw in the middle. The biscuits were dry. The Mac and cheese was burnt and tasted like butter. The hot chicken tenders were extremely over cooked and so hard to chew that my husband couldn’t eat it. They also put so much hot sauce in the container that it spilled EVERYWHERE, and it was super greasy. Pickles for garnish were limp and kind of gooey. Mashed potatoes made a mess when they force shut the lid, making that leak out.
Also had two mountain dews and they were both very chemical tasting, and overloaded with soda water, lacking the actual flavor, and on the warm side.
The workers were all high or on other drugs. Barely able to hear them. They couldn’t even hear us speaking. They were not friendly at all. Told us it would be a wait then handed us our food and just stood there, not sure what was happening until I seen the whole order was in the bag, and we just drove off.
The building and lot/drive ways are NOT functional in the slightest, you’d be stuck if the line backed up at all. And if you have a big vehicle, don’t even attempt it.
Overall, I’ll probably wait a few months and try one more time, but this is the worst food and service I’ve had out in awhile.

I ordered the 8 piece meal on Sunday, September 21st. I ordered legs and thighs original recipe and wings and breast crispy. I asked if this was possible and was told yes. I did this because my son just had his braces tightened and couldn’t eat the crispy. I get home and got 2 breasts original, 2 wings dried out crispy, a leg and thigh crispy and a leg and thigh original. I called and spoke with a girl that said she heard the whole order, apologized, and told me to come back. I explained to her that I was 30 miles from there and could not. She said that was fine, come back when you can and the order would be replaced. I called them when i got out of work and explained to the manager, Dave, what happened the day before. He wanted to know who told him the order would be replaced and i told him i didnt remember the gorls name, but told him what time I called. He wouldn’t tell me the persons name because he said he wasn’t allowed. Hmm. I told him exactly what i ordered and he was rude and short with me. So, I went back on Monday, September 22nd. There was a lady next to the window girl. They gave me a bucket of chicken to replace what happened the night before. I asked what was in the bucket, and the lady blurted half and half, just like you ordered. I should have looked at it, but didn’t. I get home, now I have 2 legs and 2 thighs original and 2 legs and thighs crispy. Really? Okay, so I don’t eat dark meat! I call, 3 times before they would answer, the first time I got hung up on. They finally answer and a female answered the phone. I explained what happened, again. I asked her name, three times before she would tell me. Amanda from regional, said just come back and get 2 wings and 2 beasts crispy. Explained that I am 30 miles from there. She said just come back when I can for the 4 pieces of white meat. Well, thank you, Amanda, but that doesn’t help me for dinner. I don’t go here a lot, but enough. Back to Publix I go.

I have been there several times and have had the opportunity to be served by the best of the best people that I have had to be served by the drive-thru according to the receipt her name is Serenity Omg her service is extraordinary her manner her kindness her courtesy and every time I have gone I have been served by this lady and always with the same love charisma and desire to serve previously I had not done my evaluation because I lost my receipt and I did not have her name but this time I kept it very well to leave this review hoping that her superiors and the KFC company can know that they have a great person who works and is outstanding in her work in my opinion the food is always fresh a delicious flavor and they are not greasy and sometimes I have found that there is not something special but it was only one occasion and Serenity did the impossible to please us to that I add that my English is not the best but she always has the best disposition in trying to understand what I want to order. KFC I hope you value this extraordinary employee, not all fast food restaurants have employees like her, and if I can give a percentage of the time we eat at different fast food restaurants, I could say 75% of the time, including the entire American nation, since my family and I travel constantly. Perhaps Serenity won’t remember me because I don’t go there often, and with so many customers, I doubt she’ll remember me, but her great service and courtesy make it difficult for my family and I not to remember her. I was surprised when I stopped on a sat and found an 8 piece bucket of dark meat chicken for $10.00 , by the time I ordered two sides that you have to have, mashed potatoes and gravy and the awesome coleslaw it was $20.40. Had 3 meals off of it. Good deal and it was mighty tasty. Sorry no photos , already ate it all. Lol
