avoid this store until they get their new employees trained (if that’s even possible). One of the worst pizza deliveries of my entire life, they can’t even make a pizza on their own “specialty pizza” page. Manager is clearly inept

I placed an order online, it Dominos stated debit card didn’t not work and to try again. I did. Received the same error message twice. I had to change the order to cash on delivery for the order to go through.
Then I receive two notifications that I have been charged twice for the order.
The delivery person arrives expecting cash on delivery as they should.
I called the store, the manager told me to call 1800-Dominos.
1-800 Dominos is a bot that tells me to call the store that I had the issue with.
So now my issue is unresolved; and I have been charged three times for one order.

Not ordering here again… waiting 120+ minutes for an order that is still missing….
So….. sitting here waiting for the delivery. Its going on 8pm…. I ordered at 6pm…. it was out for delivery around 6:30-40….Im not sure how effective they think those heat bags are but. More importantly, if it was going to be 2 hours…. then the estimate shouldn’t have said an hour ago as the max.
Something is going wrong here….. at least with the delivery process….
Last time, I ordered just a pizza and bread. Not complicated. Fairly simple…. and they started handing it to me “and here’s your salad and your”…. uhhh…. I didnt order a salad .
After recovering from their confusion, the deliverer said that he must have given my order to the last house…. by this time I was starving (also a 90 minute wait…). I reassured him that it was okay, mistakes happen… I get that. Some friends said I should call but…. I dont like messing up anyone’s life for a mistake….. Im done.

Scant items on the tasteless pizza. Got the chicken Parm sandwich. App said order ready. Went inside my sandwich was laying on the cut table. The cut guy told the manager gal they forgot to put sauce on the sandwich, had to be a teacheable moment though, waited for the make line guy to come back from the bathroom to show him his mistake. They squirted my sandwich down with red sauce in a squeeze bottle and put my sandwich through the oven a second time. When I got home with my sandwich it was an over cooked briquette.

This is strictly about the manager on service today at this specific time and location who answered my call and placed me on hold for 26 minutes which made me drive to this location to place my order in person only to find out that the line was purposefully placed on a busy mode and nobody was on the phone at this time. She said that they were short staff. She was arrogant and argumentative. I feel bad for the owner because her attitude is damaging to the business.

The worst experience possible. Spent almost $100 got trash food trash service and a disrespectful phone call that could be handled in several ways. Was willing to bring all food back for refund or partial and was completely disrespected by staff member who said ” if he thinks it’s good enough for us it is” trash dump service

I ordered the new Parmesan crust on our pan pizza, and there was actually no crust at all? The pizza was fine. We just would’ve enjoyed it more if we received what we ordered. I called, and it just continued to ring and play music. I ended up going in to order, which I would rather have not. My daughter’s favorite still.

This is my go-to for pizza since it’s 1 minute away from me! They always make it super fast and it’s always ready under 20 minutes. The only time it took forever was on a Sunday and that’s understandable, I just wish it was communicated online, at least telling us they’re busy. But no worries, I will always order from them. Oh, and you can’t beat their online deals.
