I usually stop by for breakfast, and in the mornings, the ladies working are always awesome—no complaints there at all. I understand why some folks might get frustrated, especially since this is one of the only non-Mexican food spots in Charlotte. Expectations can run high, but at the end of the day, it’s still a fast food restaurant. Just like anywhere else, experiences will vary. I have only had an issue with their original DQ cakes. I spoke to who I needed to about it. And now I just don’t buy cakes there anymore. The decoration on the cakes are pretty good. So no issues on that. Every staff member I’ve interacted with since we moved here has been kind and professional. People tend to forget how tough fast food jobs can be. My first job was in fast food, and I even worked at a Dairy Queen, so I know what it’s like. Now I work in the medical field, I still respect and appreciate those in fast food. They deal with a lot every day, and they deserve credit for that. Just like anyone else in any other profession.

I won’t order a ice cream cake unless it is from this Dairy Queen! I have called a day before and they have always been accommodating for my needs with a smile The cakes are beautifully done delicious and always a hit at the celebration. This restaurant is always so clean and inviting. They do a great job every time. I work in Dickson and I choose to drive to this Dairy Queen for all my orders. Thank you for the great service and wonderful cakes!!

If it was possible to rate a 0 star, I would. Gross inside. Atrocious customer service. Literally all I ordered was pretzel stick and they came out 20 minutes later after they sat on the counter for 15 minutes with hair in them. Truly Unbelievable. Mind you this DQ probably gets the least amount of foot traffic and still under performs. Couldn’t imagine if this was a busy area. Disgusting.

I usually just go through the drive thru. Decided to sit on a Sunday afternoon while no one was there. Food sat in the warmer for 10mins and took 20mins to get to me. People were coming in and getting their food before me. Drive 10-15mins to the next dq location.

The food wasn’t that good and it was expensive . They never have enough help. Drive through gets precedent. I ordered their new salad, but they have no crackers or croutons. Won’t go back.
