I almost didn’t come to this location because of the low reviews, but i gave it a shot. My order contained several items with modifications on multiple of them, and they made it all perfectly. The portion sizes were good, the food was tasty and made quick, and the staff was nice. I’ll certainly come back in the future.

I went here about 4pm on a Tuesday. I had a specialty order and it was truly put together perfectly. Impressive. I just wanted to try it at this location. I quit eating at the other locations because of the messy lack of quality. A+ FOR THIS LOCATION

25-30 min drive thru wait times. Taco portions barely had any meat. Still tasted good was only win. This location is slowest and most unorganized taco bell I have seen.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. Ordered my food on the kiosk, took 10 minutes to get my drinks (when I was finally ask if I needed help). Fast forward 15 more minutes still no food and when I ask about it they’re like oh here it is setting in a staging area. By this point it’s cold, my son’s food was all wrong as well. Soft taco shells were closer to being a crunchy one. I ask for him a new one after waiting 10 more minutes to be approached while standing at the counter. We spent nearly an hour and $40 that was a waste. The remade Taco for him came out a mess, it had to of had a cups worth of spicy ranch in it. Im not too picky but it was a ridiculous amount. I would leave 0 stars if it was possible. I even told all the customers waiting to be checked on inside to leave and go elsewhere to not waste their money, and that’s my something I do lightly We tossed most of our food.

I’m tired of coming into this location and having to fight to get an employee’s attention. All they care about is taking drive-thru orders with two people working drive thru and nobody paying attention to the front lobby. They watch us stand out there while they walk around completely ignoring customers. This has happened far too many times and this place is only a few months old. The general manager needs to retrain their employees in customer service because it’s pathetic.
**UPDATE** I’ve been back a few times since this review and nothing has changed. They really need to fire the general manager because these employees are lazy beyond comprehension
