We love Pizza Shop! However this evening I called in a large pepperoni pizza (easy sauce) and a small cheese bread, was told it would be about 45 minutes. I arrived in the drive thru 45 minutes later. I was told that it was almost done and that it would be brought out to my vehicle. After waiting 10 minutes I went inside to check on my order. I was told again, it’s almost done. 1:17 minutes after calling in, I received my order. The pizza had so much sauce that the cheese was sliding off the pizza. The cheese bread and pizza weren’t cut all the way though.
For those of you who do not know, the standard commercial pizza oven takes approximately 8-12 minutes to cook a standard pizza.
I personally believe 1 hour and 17 minutes is an absolutely ridiculous amount of time to complete my small order!

I have the large supreme pizza, added pineapple. The total was $18.85. they didn’t even cut the pizza through the topping. About $0.85 worth of pineapple. All pizza places have anchovies they don’t. There wasn’t enough sauce to even taste 2 inches of crust. Little Caesars $5 Pizza is better value. I will never go to Little Caesars or the pizza shop.

I go here every week cause its the closest pizza place near me, and some times the food is delicious and perfect. But 80+ percent of the time the pizza is missing toppings, sauce, undercooked, or overcooked. They sell a desert pizza called a Sweetie Pie and when it’s fully risen and cooked it’s like a perfect struesal like desert. But usually turns out to be a wet and doughy sugary mess.
I really look forward to going and getting food here, but every time I get it I’m left disappointed.

I love their barbecue chicken pizza and their staff is pretty cool usually even though it changes a lot did people that I’ve had experience with were pretty cool very kind.

Quality over time has gone down, used to love this place but noticed they are cutting corners on size of product and the Cheese tastes fake now, it’s not melted like cheese should melt. Nothing personal to the people because service has always been great at both locations. I hate to even say anything negative but you can’t improve if no one lets you know right.

Ordered online. Online didn’t go thru to pizza place. Had to wait for them to cook it. Didn’t get the right size of pizza, but got charged. Wings sucked. No flavor. Will go elsewhere .

They called this a supreme? More like half supreme half cheese. Rip off. I’d like to support local rather than chain but not going back to this place. Also wasn’t cooked evenly nor cut all the way through.

Update 23 Aug 25 appx 7:30pm: Ordered a large, thin crust supreme with extra sauce, no olives and double pineapple. Even tipped three dollars without looking at the pizza.
When I got the pizza home to Bridge Creek it was cold, there was no double sauce, slight pineapple. Basically it was NOT a supreme the way we ordered it and DEFINITELY not what we were use to getting. The picture shows the disappointing pizza.

I ordered two pizzas and was told to put them up in half an hour. I got there on time and was told it would be another ten minutes. It ended up being another thirty minutes. The oven was not working correctly
