The manager of the Mebane store needs to be fired!! I received my order and it was beyond burnt and dry. This was a delivery order. When I called the store to speak to the manager he told me he was not going to refund anything and I could come back up there and pick up the pizzas even though it was a delivery order. I told him I would not be coming up there to pick up anything, he then proceeded to tell me o well and it wasn’t his issue. He has the most disgusting attitude and does not deserve to have a job as a manager let alone work for that company.

Another chance to serve edible food and another chance wasted. I think I bumped my head from the last time I ordered from this location because I mustve forgotten how terrible their food is. Cold, under done slimy dough and I was charged for two sauce cups that werent delivered. When I called to ask about it I was told that thy were out of the sauce I ordered and then i was offered sauces I didn’t order. I asked them to please return my $2 to me and have yet to have that happen. So, for those reasons, im out and will likely never order from this domino’s again. You won dominos- hope keeping my $2 was worth losing a customer. Smh.

I see why this store has such negative reviews! Overstaffed and still can’t make orders correctly. People standing around opening doors and talking instead of checking if people are getting the right pizza. Manager is extremely disrespectful as well.

9/27/25 @10:11pm called the store to check on my order after waiting an hour. I asked do I need to come to get my order. I offered because I realized it’s Saturday night and maybe they’re short staffed. The guy who answered the phone was immediately very condescending and extremely rude. I asked to speak with a manager and he said that he was the store manager and REFUSED to give me his name when I asked. He told me it was NONE of my business what his name was. He also cancelled my order and stated he doesn’t have time for people like me!! I’m not sure what he meant by that comment. Very rude and unprofessional! Since Domino’s has leadership like this talking to customers like this I will Never ever order again!!

Deliveries are constantly late and typically poorly made. Cheesy bread comes with barely any cheese on it, causing me to have the restaurant refire my order. The staff is unapologetic and seems unhappy whenever I go to the store.

Final Update: It is 07/11/2023. I still have not received any compensation for this absolutely BAD pizza I was served on 07/04/2023.
I gave this place a second chance on 07/07/2023 and the pizza was good.
There is an obvious lack of care at this particular Domino’s even by the owner and the service/product is hit or miss. In conclusion, I can not recommend this Domino’s. It’s too iffy. 2 stars.

The pizza was flawless, but what really impressed me was the work ethic of this group of employees. My wife placed a pickup order, and when I got there, they were absolutely slammed. As I stood there waiting on my order, I saw the number of orders on the tracking screen steadily increasing, and these folks were busting. their. tails. to get them out. They were working hard and fast, and quality certainly didn’t suffer. Most people don’t realize how stressful this environment can be, and the folks that feed the rest of us don’t get enough recognition.
To all of you working around 5-6 pm on Dec. 13th at this Domino’s, your work ethic is as good as it gets, and in such a busy environment, everyone was working together in perfect harmony. I don’t think there was a single mistake made during the time I was watching. Thank you for serving a community of people with everything you’ve got, even though I’m sure many of them are rude and ungrateful. There are still many of us that appreciate you and what you do. I hope someone that matters within the company sees this and recognizes the hard work of this team, they deserve it
