Another great customer service experience at this Chipotle location. My daughter is very soft-spoken, and when ordering her bowl there was a small miscommunication—she asked for black beans but was given pinto (no fault of the staff). She didn’t mention it until we reached checkout, yet the young lady assisting us (who I believe may have been a manager) kindly replaced it without any hesitation.
I also observed her calmly and professionally resolving another guest’s request regarding rice. Her ability to stay cool, patient, and composed while handling multiple situations was truly impressive and did not go unnoticed.
The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the entire staff was friendly. Christian, who has helped us on several visits, is always especially kind and consistently goes above and beyond. We truly appreciate the excellent service and will continue coming back!

I came here once, ordered food — the team was great , portions were solid, taste like everywhere else, basically standard Chipotle . Everything looked clean ✨. Really good overall. Just yesterday I ordered delivery from them . Honestly, I thought they would pack the portions super small (since it’s delivery), but no — it was the same solid standard portions and fast delivery through Uber ⚡. I have no reason not to give this location 5 ⭐.

I love ordering food online and then getting absolutely nothing in the bowl. Vegetables? You get 3 pieces of onion. Awesome! The rice portion was rationed like we are in a community taking place in the apocalypse. Barely any chicken.

I would really like to rank this place higher. Everytime I order through the drive through at night, they can’t seem to get the portions right. I got 2 small green peppers and no onions when I ordered extra fajita veggies. I ordered extra chicken and rice amd those portions seemed low too. I ordered less beans and it seemed like the normal amount. Do you even pay attention to the requests? When I ask for extras inside I don’t have a problem.

FATHERS DAY RUINED PLEASE FIRE whoever is working in the online order section right now ASAP!
I ordered a burrito bowl for delivery. The uber driver had it to my door within 15 minutes so kudos to him, HOWEVER!Whoever made my order put both of my ice cold drinks on top of my food and sealed it in the bag with a sticker, so the delivery arrived ice cold. They also HEAVILY skimped on the portions! I know that meat is supposed to be 4oz and everything else is supposed to be one scoop. But it doesnt take a rocket scientist to see that in the pictures shown, its CLEARLY nowhere near 8oz!
I even grabbed my fork and moved some of the meat and cheese to the side in one of the photos so u could see how empty the bowl was (I NEVER TOOK A SINGLE BITE PRIOR TO TAKING THESE PHOTOS).
Its clear as day that they half scooped every item and then the chicken they probably put MAYBE a scoop and a half. I worked next door to a chipotle for 3 years and got them almost every day, so i know all correct sizes by heart, and this order has left me disgusted!
It makes me really sad because normally when i go inside i never have an issue with this location. But online ordering needs a whole revamp. And the crew apart of it need to be fired with haste! Worst 20$ ever spent and had there not been a promotion on uber then it wouldve been 30$!

Ive worked in food service so I’m usually lenient. This place needs to be sut down. I placed an online order (at 5:30) for pick up at 6:20 to save time…I arrived at 6:30 and proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for my order. No table was clean, the floors were disgusting, there were no drinks in the checkout, and their were no hot sauces available. EVERYTHING was dirty and unkept. The worker didn’t even apologize for making me wait so long. I generally love chipotle, but will never return to this one. I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to the one in Oswego. And I asked for double meat and extra rice in both mine and my husband’s order… Both were barely half full. I’m asking for a refund. Di NOT go to this Chipotle… It needs to be condemned.

Has to be consistently the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The place is always filthy to the point the food is all over and mixed together. Also the give by far the least amount of meat per entree I’ve ever seen probably 1-2oz of meat in burritos, bowls etc.
