I try my best to understand that it is new employees that work here. But because this place is close to my job and i can use my mobile app to pick up my lunch. I have 30min of a lunch break. Today I wanted to try the subway pizza but what i got was a mess. Do this look like a pizza? And I tried calling the store and no one answered

I ordered here and everything was usual, nothing really wrong. However when opening up my sandwich paper, there are these weird brown stains all over it. This is strange as I’ve been here before. Disgusted me out and it looks like it’s been there before I even started ordering. Crazy how they’ll allow something like this to be given to their customers.

I’d give 0 stars if possible. This is the “meatball” sub I got… the meatballs were halves and there were hardly any there. My daughter found a dark hair in her sub. Disgusting. Tried to call to speak with someone, no answer. Reached out via the website, got the automated response but never heard from anyone. Subway has turned into a disaster. We won’t be going back.

Wonderful food, wonderful customer service. Came to the drive through at 8:00pm and was please with the entire experience will definitely be back when we come back to Burlington! A good subway is hard to find so we are thankful !

0 stars. Everyone falls on tough times and it’s in those tough times their true characteristics come out . This owner has not realized he cannot sustain a business with no clientele to keep it open . Worth it to drive 5 more minutes for good fresh food and quality customer service . It’s a subway almost every exit . God bless you in your new ventures you will need to take in order come back from this . Hopefully you’ve learned something and will do better treating people with the respect they deserve (:

Came in three days ago & the male manager was really rude. Come to find out a couple had a problem with him too THE SAME DAY. He doesn’t know how to make the food right & if you ask for a new sandwich he won’t remake it even though THE SANDWICH WAS WRONG.
I’m from MI & was in NC visiting family so definitely won’t be visiting again.

To start, our order was completely wrong. Ordered the outlaw and the Philly and was given something that looks like tuna/chicken salad. I tried to eat it to at least give it a try as I was hungry but it was absolutely awful and warm. Service was not good at all. Tried to go in the store at 8:15 and the door was locked. Went through the drive-through instead as we saw other cars doing the same thing. I ordered my husbands sandwich and before I could ask to add anything else to the order I was cut off and told to drive forward. I asked if I could add another sandwich and I got no reply and sat there for another five minutes before he came back over the intercom to ask if I needed anything else. I ordered my sandwich, and as I was about to add a side and drink I got cut off and he told me to pull forward so I didn’t order anything else. When we got to the window, he asked for our order again. I don’t know if their system is down or what but I was shocked at the service given that we go here all the time, and I have had great experiences, but this was an exception. I don’t think they were short staffed because when we try to walk in the store, I saw three people working the front and then the store manager (that we have met before) that was working the back. I wish I knew why places around Burlington close almost an hour early before their official closing time. Probably won’t be returning to this location.

Placed a mobile order at this location, went through the drive thru, waited and then was told to pull up. Sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes plus with NO ONE ever coming to the window. Parked and went inside to pick up my order and three people and a male just stand there and stare at me. There was a customer in front of me and things were moving very slowly. Then the male asked what I needed. I stated that I mobile ordered and he picked up a bag and handed it to me. The sandwiches were good, but I also ordered a pretzel side and it was harder than a rock! I microwaved it & it still was inedible. I will never be back, lesson learned.

Owner needs to either shut down or sell this Subway. He is very rude and unprofessional. As you see in the photo flipping people off. This photo of him was taken in 2018. This has gone on too long. If you use ANY coupon or deal online they will not make the sub right or refund your money. He said if you get a discount we make the subs with less because you pay less. Do NOT go to this location and please read other reviews.
