Lee’s has the best katsu chicken and gyoza in the area! We come once a week and order the orange chicken, beef fried rice, katsu chicken (with an extra sauce), and an order of gyoza for our family. Its always hot and fresh and delicious! I highly recommend eating here. The staff is very friendly and quick!

This is where the locals go.
Located in a strip mall behind a bar, you wouldn’t know it was there if you didn’t know it was there.
Dining is small and unassuming. I was the only one there but I felt comfortable and unbothered.
I had the beef teriyaki with white rice, along with 4 egg rolls.
The beef wasn’t my favorite. I don’t think it was bad, the flavor just wasn’t one I probably would’ve picked on my own. I still ate most of it, it was just…. different.
Egg rolls were hot and fresh, no issue eating all 4 by myself.
Service was very quick and the gentleman running the show was polite and friendly.

Somerimes the super good eats are tucked away in a remote area or just in an area you don’t expect. This was the case for Lee’s Teriyaki. We stopped by this place yesterday for lunch and it was probably the best decision we made that day. We ordered a couple of dishes to share and glad that we did as the portions are pretty generous. (TIP- order it to-go so if you don’t finish, you can just cover it up and take it home for a second meal.) The chicken and beef combo had some good flavors with the chicken being moist and not dry (which you get at some places). We also tried the pork fried rice. This fried rice is amazing as there was so much flavor to it. The way that the pork is prepared and then mixed in with the fried rice is just wonderful. The owner mentioned that this was an addition to the old menu and that they have also added some extra items. I definitely see myself coming here to try some of the other items in the menu, especially if it’s as good as the stuff I had.

Lee’s Teriyaki is one of those hole-in-the-wall places that does not disappoint. The egg flour soup is light and delicious and served promptly upon your arrival. My father and I ordered pork fried rice to share and two orders of chicken and grilled shrimp teriyaki. The fried rice was cooked very well and is very tasty, the pork brought to a nice crisp. The shrimp while slightly overdone was just as tasty, and the chicken was superbly cooked to perfection, with just the right crisp on the outside while still tender and juicy inside. Everything was promptly and proudly served with beautiful presentation. The owners themselves are very kind and proud of their establishment, and rightly so. While we are only visiting Oregon city, I will surely be coming back here whenever I am in town. Thank you so much for a wonderful meal and experience.

Great find! Tucked away behind another venue and located next to a tiny merket store, this place was an awesome find. The food is of pretty decent quality. The egg rolls are cooked fresh and tasted amazing. I prefer a different type a sauce with them, but honestly without sauce they were very good. The chicken terrayaki sauce was on point and the chicken katsu hit the spot. They have canned and bottled drinks and are pretty fairly priced. Not a lot of parking out front, but that doesn’t matter if you don’t go when it’s busy. It’s not too far away from the Holiday Inn in Gladstone, so if you’re staying there it’s worth a five minute drive.

I got the short ribs and chicken katsu. Firstly, the katsu was a perfect ratio of breading and chicken. So soft and yummy. However, the short ribs were so salty and the marinate wasn’t good at all. But, the prices and the portions really made up for it. Thanks
