This particular Carl’s Jr is refreshing and welcome surprise in the ‘burger joints’ venue. There’s a note and taste of pride in the preparation and delivery of their burger selections by the staff. Not ostentatious or over bearing, just a quiet confidence that a selection that they serve you, will be very much enjoyed and appreciated by you. And not only their burgers but their seafood and chicken items are just as well prepared and yummy. Go see for yourself you’ll be glad you did. Well worth the time and expence!

Eat here often. Day crew is always respectful and gets the order right. Night crew is awsome. Ive seen this place crawling with people in and out of the store. Holly is awesome! Whaever they are paying her, its not enough! She kicks ass and takes names and still gets the order right!!!!!!!

A little history here before I begin this location was a “Hamburger Stand” restaurant back in the 1990s. Loved the “Grand Slam” burger back in the day. Then Hardee’s was here next, but both went defunct in the 2000s.
Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s are one in the same under the same corporation, btw.
Many of the Palmer’s High School students would eat here during their lunch time. Unfortunately, the homeless were a problem as well. I used to eat here when I had time during my off duty time while I was stationed at Fort Carson. Good memories here.
Carl’s Jr. food is close to Hardee’s except for the sourdough hamburger melt which is my favorite. On my last trip to Colorado Springs in 2019 to visit some old Army buddies I served with till 2006 when I retired from service, before moving to Minnesota the same year I went here for one last meal. Employees were great, and food was good as well.

Stopped buying your food during covid and see nothing has changed. Thanks for the 2 for 1 deal, but I am so tired of uncooked bacon in my breakfast sandwich. If it isn’t cooked fully, you can make people sick! You can microwave it in between two paper towels in less than a minute to get it crisper. Also, don’t microwave the frozen burger to make it grey crap cause you won’t take the time to grill it properly.

Very hard to find a place nowadays where worker has a can-do attitude and always has a smile. The food was nice and hot and ready and Holly went above and beyond very nice. Wasn’t able to catch the name of the cook, but the food was very good.

Was next in line and a girl walked in after me and the general manager said hold on a minute let me take care of this customer. Are you kidding me? The general manager herself told me this. Unbelievable. Never patronizing this location again.

Soggy Burger used to love these burgers . Last i went through the drive through Soggy . My husband brought it to me this time . I was so hungry . The burger just wet an smushy can barely hold it . GRoss . even so freaking hungry could not. super sad
