Walk in to order pizza, wanted a 16 piece wings. Only allowed to get one sauce. But if I order 2 eight pieces, you can have separate flavors. Eight piece is $10, 16 piece is $18. Why do I have to pay more for 2 flavors? I just got the pizza. Not coming here again. When pizza was ready, asked for Parmesan and they said they have red pepper and you can purchase Parmesan.

Ordered online shows pizza was delivered no pizza to be found especially because I was supposed to pay cash for it. Called store numerous times and they ended up turning phone off or something cuz I kept getting a busy tone I called again 30 mins later still no answer when I called when I first placed order I got a answer right away from Jeremiah and he was probably the rudest dominoes employee I’ve ever encountered when I just called to ask them to included paper plates with my order. So now I’ve ordered from another pizza place (papa John’s) and order showed up no problems this was my first time ordering dominoes in probably over a year and I instantly regretted it and probably will never order from this location again I always read reviews and I see they have a toooooonn of bad ones recently but regardless I decided I would give them a chance and this was my experience do better dominoes your the McDonalds of the pizza world and you shouldn’t lower your customer service experience because then you will fall below McDonalds in the fast food world and we all know McDonalds is the worst of the worst when it comes to customer service and food anyone reading this and you want to give this location a chance don’t bother the reviews are all legit and you will end up with a bad experience also spend your money somewhere else like papa John’s where they actually cared to give a customer a good experience oh by the way my order was about a $50 order so wasn’t a cheap order

I walked in to pick up an order and it was like I was in an alternate universe. There were 4 employees standing there, all staring at their phone. All were maybe 10-15 feet from me with a clear sight line. After standing there for a minute or so, I said “excuse me” out loud. None of them broke their concentration from their phone. It was the wildest thing. They all seemed pretty dissociated, in an abnormal way. Very odd experience.

This manager has messed up our order, delivered the wrong order, and complained and been aggressive every single time like it’s insane to ask him to do his job. My kids have gone to bed hungry the last 3 deliveries. Ordering from another house on someone else’s account they “fake” delivered an order by calling the phone or rang once, when I called back no answer and they when I call the store, they say I didn’t answer. Common fake delivery tactic. Whoever owns this store contact me. Jeremiah is running your location into the ground and we’ve been ordering consistently for 5+ years

We made an order today and everything was wrong, there was no toppings on either the cinnamon bread twists, the parmensan bites or the BBQ wings. The pizza was supposed to be pepperoni and it was only cheese and tasted terrible. We order from this location frequently and normally don’t have issues. When we called to complain we were told nothing could be done and they could not replace the order even though they said it was due to their new person being on oven. We were delivered food that we could not eat and were offered no refund or replacement. A complete waste of money.

Pizza had massive dough bubbles on 2 pieces of a medium pizza. Very little pepperoni and was supposed to have extra cheese. Complete waste of money. Dions is way better at half the cost. I won’t be ordering Domino’s again. Don’t bother with your copy and paste manager response. Its insincere and lazy!

They messed up my order three times in a row. Quality is usually bad here so I have low expectations already, but I would expect to at least get what I paid for…. Ordered from here many times and I am now done with this place. Never giving them my money again. Called to complain and the manager would not come to the phone and the cashier hung up on me so I guess I am never getting my food.

I placed a delivery order the food came I had to call to pay over the phone they charged my card and then cancelled my order and the driver didn’t give me my food or my money back and now I’m just out $25 and when I called to talk to a manager it was a kid who was yelling over me and telling me my card is probably fraudulent or I have someone else’s card! Horrible service horrible experience horrible manager. I did a walk-in then they tell me I need to go to Walmart and break my $50 bill that they can’t give me change They don’t have enough in the register Then I get my sandwich and it’s all uneven it’s blackened and crispy there’s no chicken on there It’s just a horrible sandwich and then when I ask for a refund the manager throws me a dirty look and Then gives me my money back does not say I’m sorry let me replace that please come back nothing just rude … And made me late to work.
