Food very good. Tables for four are generally small with some ridiculously small for four people. Got handed two different menus across four people. Waiter had to ask …one was the new menu coming on Tuesday…. Come on! After appetizers we were asked to keep our utensils…. Really ?? When they came with new silverware they brought new napkins , so must be expected to keep the same fork for Apps through dessert. are you TGIFridays??? . Bathrooms a 7/10 but paper towels on roll by sink top. Say they are Italian fusion but No Espresso or other fancy coffee. Guess they forgot about that part of Italian. Overall, ok. But we will not return again

This is a wonderful new restaurant that I took my son to for a quiet birthday celebration. The food looked and more importantly tasted amazing. We never made it past the appetizers and sushi. We will have to return to focus on the main courses! Pedro was a very attentive waiter. Be prepared to wait a bit for the food as everything is made to order. The flavor and food quality that we had attested to that.

From the outset, the experience delivered strong hospitality and an inviting atmosphere. Our server, Pedro, was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and efficient. Both food and drinks were served promptly, and the dishes showcased balanced flavors and thoughtful execution. Having visited other Chef Kilgore establishments in Miami, I can confidently say the culinary standard remains consistently commendable.

However, two aspects fell short of the expected standard on this visit. The sashimi appeared to have residual bloodline, resulting in an overly pronounced fishy flavor that detracted from the dish. Additionally, the condition of the restroom was noticeably below par—overflowing trash bins and general disarray created an ambiance more reminiscent of a nightclub restroom than that of an upscale dining venue. Considering the presence of over a dozen staff members, including management, this level of oversight on such a basic operational detail was surprising.

Overall, the restaurant continues to deliver strong service and quality cuisine, though attention to these smaller details would greatly elevate the guest experience.

Oise Ristorante is an absolute gem! The Italian–Japanese fusion dishes were bursting with flavor — truly 10/10. Every plate we tried was to die for, beautifully crafted, and so unique. The drinks were just as impressive: refreshing, delicious, and perfectly paired with the menu.

The atmosphere was such a vibe — modern, stylish, and elevated by lush green décor that makes the whole space feel vibrant and refreshing. Everywhere you look, there are picture-perfect backdrops that make the restaurant as visually stunning as the food itself.

Service was excellent from start to finish, and the bartenders were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. This spot is definitely an up-and-coming restaurant that deserves all the hype.

We will absolutely be back! ✨

Food and drinks were outstanding. Great vibe. Esthetically pleasing all around, from the decor to the food and drinks everything was beautiful and had thought put in. Lucas and Anthony made the visit that much more special. They truly understand the meaning of hospitality and deliver it effortlessly. They gave great recommendations on the menu and also places in the area to visit. Can’t say enough. We will 100% be back when in the area and will be recommending it to everyone.

The perfect place to pop in for cocktails and sushi roll after a stroll downtown! Lucas and Joe were our bartenders and they were professional, personable and seemed to have a true sense of pride in the establishment. Even explaining that 98% of the plants/moss in the restaurant were REAL and had their own irrigation system! The service, cocktails, food and atmosphere were 10/10 and we will most definitely be back. Highly recommend.

I visited this restaurant last weekend for a birthday dinner and was really excited because of how beautiful and aesthetically pleasing the interior looked.

We arrived around 7 PM and waited about 15 minutes for the rest of our party. We placed our order around 7:50, but the service was extremely slow — it seemed like they either needed more servers or more cooks. Our waitress, Ari, was very friendly and clearly doing her best with limited support.

When the food finally arrived around 8:30 PM, we were disappointed. The sushi platter (around $50) looked very plain, and one of the rolls, the Snowbird, had a strong fishy taste, so we didn’t finish it and sent it back. It was expensive but not enjoyable. One of our friends ordered the Wagyu steak, which came out quickly, but her potatoes didn’t arrive for another 30 minutes despite asking several times. Ironically, the potatoes ended up being the best-tasting item of the night — I’d actually recommend those.

The bathrooms were another letdown, with bins overflowing with toilet paper, which was not something I expected from a restaurant that otherwise looked so nice.

Overall, I left feeling like I overpaid for the food and was mostly paying for the restaurant’s aesthetics rather than the quality or service.

After dinner, our waitress gave us cards for a bar across the street, so we went there afterward. About 15 minutes later, she showed up with another employee (Carlos, I believe) and asked my friend if she knew who Alejandro was — referring to me. She then talked about my review and asked me to remove it because it was negative, while also buying our group eight shots. At the time, I felt pressured to delete it, but looking back, I realize how inappropriate that was.

I’m reposting my honest experience so management is aware. I truly hope the restaurant invests in better staffing and training because the atmosphere itself is great — it just deserves better service and professionalism to match.

Interesting place full of potential but didn’t quite hit the mark. We had reservations for 7:30 for a party of 6. This really is not the place for that large of a party as tables are crammed together. It has the vibe of an upscale bar but very little room for sitting. Unfortunately we were waiting for one table to leave so we were not seated until around 8:20. When the waitress showed up she asked if we wanted drinks which we ordered some but that took a long time as well. She came around a few times but I finally had to say something about ordering as now it had been an additional 30 minutes. Overall the service was really lacking and is a big reason I might not come back but certainly not with a large group. The drinks were also a hit or miss depending on the cocktail. The old fashioned was a fusion with seaweed which absolutely did not work. Friends of ours that we went with have been here multiple times and often see people immediately take the seaweed out. This felt like a lazy attempt to bring a Japanese twist to classic drink. Some drinks did however hit the mark but overall I was disappointed with the inconsistency of the drinks. The real star of the night was the food and although not everything was great some of their food is the best I have had in SWFL. We started out with a trio sushi appetizer and they were incredible. This is easily some of the best sushi I have had. I could just eat this for dinner. In addition to the trio we ordered the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice. This was hands down one of the best things I have eaten. For dinner I ordered the Grouper. I have eaten a lot of grouper and although I prefer it blackened over grilled the fish was cooked very well. It was a surprisingly thick and large cut of fish that went incredible with all 3 sauces. The filet was also cooked nice and overall good flavor. The double cut pork chop was incredibly tender and well seasoned. What really made these dishes were the three sauces that are served with the meals. The two pasta dishes ordered were the only reasons I couldn’t rate the food a 5*. The truffle sesame pasta just didn’t work. The flavors were not my favorite or really anyone else that tried it. The fettuccine pomodoro was missing something and just not that good. I would not recommend either pasta dish. We also got two orders of potatoes which were outstanding. Full of flavor and a decent portion for a side. Easily shared for two maybe even 3 people. A friend of ours also ordered the Cesar salad which had a very interesting twist but it definitely worked. The jalapeños actually worked with the other flavors. All in all the food was mostly exceptional although very pricey but I left disappointed because of the overall experience. It might be a nice place for a couple to enjoy a night out but neither myself nor my wife are in a rush to come back.
