I had a wonderful experience at Gigi’s in Montauk. The atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening. The service was attentive and friendly, making me feel truly welcomed. Not sure why the other reviews raved about the food. Maybe it was the time of day we went. Food was less than average. Had the halibut and expected much more flavor. Dessert was good and salad was good, but main courses were not great. For the prices, they should have been great. Outdoor views were good but food and service fell way short. Several more places to enjoy in the area.

We had the dinner of a lifetime here! Our serve Freddie was FANTASTIC and was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. We had the caviar service and every raw item on the menu and each item was fresh and tasted like it was JUST PICKED out of the ocean.
The Gin Mare Gimlet on the menu was *chefs kiss* and we ordered cocktails off the cocktail menu as well and we were VERY pleased with the strength and drinkability of the cocktails.
Every entree we ordered was truly fantastic but YOU MUST get the lamb chops, they were and really a hidden gem on the menu – bc who would order land on the sea?! I forget the name of dessert that I loved Budino? Badino? Menudo? It WAS NEXT LEVEL. If you love a salty sweet combo, order it immediately.
Overall, great service, great vibes, great food and we will 100% be back!

I dined at Gigi’s this past weekend. Unfortunately, my entrée order was incorrect when it first came out. The restaurant attempted to correct it twice, but both replacements were still not right. Ultimately, I chose to order something else.
That said, the manager, Walid, handled the situation extremely well. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely apologetic, taking full ownership of the issue and making sure it was addressed properly. His customer service truly stood out and made a meaningful difference in the overall experience. The strong management from Walid and service are the reason it earns three stars rather than fewer.

Cesar salad was to die for! I would have been happy with just that. Drinks were overpriced. Food was flavorful. Service was impeccable. Beautiful views.

First time back since it changed hands. I think they did a great job renovating!! Went with 4 couples to celebrate a few birthdays. We mentioned this to the staff but we left with no recognition of our birthdays. Food was up and down. Halibut and Lobster Pasta was delicious however all 3 steaks ordered were undercooked and ordered medium rare. Wait staff was nice but had to be reminded of requests multiple times. For a bill that came to $1800 including tip we expected a more satisfying experience. May give them another shot next season.

We went to the restaurant for breakfast only. The location and the space are amazing. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy much of the view because of the boarding added around the outdoor terrace, which I assume is temporary.
We stayed overnight at the hotel, and this was the only meal we had at this restaurant. While the food was very expensive, the price itself was not my main concern. I don’t mind paying $30–$40 per person for breakfast if the quality matches the cost. However, the food quality was extremely poor.
The sausage tasted fishy and was honestly terrible.the Eggs are the cheap $1 dozen eggs type, My wife ordered the shakshuka, which is typically made with cooked tomato sauce and eggs on top, but it was served in what looked like a salsa jar similar to the ones used for chips, which was very disappointing.
If these issues are not addressed, they risk losing many customers.

The staff was so awesome and nice! We had a 2 year old with us and they were so accommodating to her. The food was excellent, service was great. I can’t wait to come back!
