I placed an order at approximately 5:30 pm and the tracker indicated it would be available between 5:44pm and 5:54pm. I expected such and felt it was reasonable and was happy to give them extra time, due to peak hours. I arrived at 6:00pm, waited at the counter, while every person, at least 4, knew I was there. I did not so much as receive a visual acknowledgment for over 10 minutes; they completely ignored me, and never made eye contact. When I was finally acknowledged, the young man was obviously annoyed, and advised that they were behind, and said, “that’s the way it is during peak. We are backed up at least 45 minutes, and it will be about 15 more minutes.” I told him that I could not wait any longer and gave them extra time. He said, “it’s just peak times, we are backed up.” He never looked me in the eye, never apologized, or tried to recover. I asked him to just refund it. He did, and handed me a void receipt and said, you’ll see the refund in 2-3 days. This store appears to be in chaos, and has no regard for service levels or commitments at all. I am very disappointed, as this brand has redeemed itself in food quality for me in recent years, and I was really looking forward to a delicious meal.
As an aside, the woman at the front, who appeared to be in charge, could not have appeared more annoyed, and had zero interest in serving anyone, including me, who she knew was there for over 10 minutes. Her disdain for her job is obvious.

Pizza was cooked exactly as ordered.
Front desk staff was very pleasant.
Restaurant was clean, but they do need to replace the front chair. The seat is cracked and there is only one. If you get there at the wrong time there is no parking.

Placed an order online and took them 40 minutes to even get it in the oven. The new pizzahut down the road is way better and offers better service. I placed an order with Pizza Hut 10 minutes after this order and picked it up already (same exact order only took 15 to make ) and I’m still waiting here in dominos for them to make my food.

I’ve been a Domino’s fan for years, but the new dough recipe has completely elevated the experience. The crust is now perfectly golden, soft on the inside with a subtle crisp on the outside, it tastes fresher and more flavorful than ever before. You can really tell they’ve put thought into improving the quality. Our pizza came out hot, cheesy, and full of flavor. Whether it’s a classic pepperoni or a loaded specialty pie, the new dough makes every bite better. Highly recommend giving it a try if you haven’t in a while you’ll taste the difference!

This is tough because they started out so well but the last couple of times the service has been terrible. Once for car side pickup we were not brought our pizza and after 15 minutes I called in and they said they weren’t notified. Now this time I ordered ahead for pickup at first it said 541 it would be ready then it pushed back by 10 minutes. No big deal I show up at 558 the girl asks my phone number I tell her her name started making my pizza at 528 she said that’s me she looks at an empty counter and said I started and we got busy it will only be like 10 minutes. This is terrible service and not a very positive attitude. Management should fix these issues before they get worse.

The pizza is ok but they lie about the wait times online. They say it’s ready to keep their own times looking good but when you get there, they tell you it will be more time. As in they haven’t even started your order. They take even more time to get to start the order then cook it

Terrible customer service. Called to get an update on late delivery and gentleman said it was close by. Then after 25 minutes called back and he said he was going to call the driver and call me back. 20 minutes later, still nothing. Don’t waste your time at this location!

food was good. but the driver didn’t knock, just left the food on my porch. i only found the food because i opened my front door to let my dog out. kind of weird because i didn’t leave a tip on my card, i was going to give the driver cash.

This place use to be great. Over the last 3 months however it has gone down hill drastically and is the worst experience every single time. I ordered a pizza from the Narcoosee Road Domino’s tonight had the worst experience ever. I have ordered from this store about once a week and the pizzas have been getting steadily worse each time. Tonight, I ordered the pizza at 536 PM. I use the Domino’s Tracker on my phone so I know where the driver is. The store is only 2 miles from my house so it normally takes 10 minutes to get from the store to my house,. The tracker said the the driver left at 559 and would be here by 620. At 618, the tracker said that the driver was in my neighborhood, so I waited for the doorbell. When 630 came and no pizza was here, I checked back on the app and it showed the driver had passed our main street and went to another neighborhood 3 miles away! I called the store and waited on hold for 5 minutes. Someone picked up the phone, but did not say anything for another 5 minutes then hung up the phone. I immediately called back and was on hold for another 10 minutes before it was picked up and the line was left open for another 15 minutes but then was hung up again. At 640, the app said that the driver was 20 minutes away. It was 710 before the pizza arrived. When I asked the driver why it took an over an hour to deliver it, he said it was the manager’s fault as they set the delivery schedules. After all this time, the pizza was obviously cold, but it also had very few toppings (see attached picture) and it was dry. After this experience, I may never order from Dominos ever again. it will take a major effort to gain my business again.
