Had an order catered with delivery by chicken salad, paid a $30 delivery charge, left a $20 tip and my order was still over an hour late from the scheduled time. Pretty sure they just forgot about the scheduled order until I called. Much better options for catering in Murray.

It’s my favorite place to get lunch in Murray. I am so grateful we have a chicken salad chick and that it is so good here. The food is always cooked perfectly, the bread is never overdone, their chicken salad is always cold and delicious. The staff here are all people I would be friends with, and management clearly leads by example here. He makes sure we know about their rewards and app, as well as always helps him employees by working right along beside them, busy or not. The atmosphere is what makes you feel welcome, calm, and happy at chicken salad chick. Thank you for coming to Murray at full strength. – A man.

It was our first visit and didn’t know what to expect. The dining area was sectioned off so you had a sense of privacy although being comfortablely close. You have to order at a counter reading from a wall mounted menu. Personally I not a fan, but they had 3 people taking orders and they were very friendly and help full. We placed our order, filled our drink cups and sat in a both. Our orders were brought out very quickly. The food was very well presented and they had all the bases covered. My wife had one of their chicken salads on a croissant. That came with chips, a pickle and a cookie. I had the turkey club. It came with a cup of soup. I had the loaded potato, they have 3 different choices a day. It also came with a pickle and a cookie. The food was good and we felt it was well worth the price. We liked and we’ll be back. Give them a try.

The food has all been really good. I recommend the Kickin Kay Lynn for the right amount of spice! The limited time Dill-icious Diva salad is also soo good! It seems the portions might have gotten a bit smaller since they opened especially the side “scoops” of chicken salad. There are a lot of employees behind the counter. I know they just opened, but the cashiers don’t seem to know all too much about the menu. Music playing in the dining room would definitely help the atmosphere, and help drown out the noise of other patrons. Will definitely be back!

Not only is the food good EVERY TIME, but the manager and staff are professional and courteous. Our office has a large, regular order. It is accurate and on time. Highly recommend if you have an office lunch or dinner.

I’ve been eating at chicken salad chicken since it opened up, here in Murray. Today I came in to order a bowl of loaded potato soup. I’ve lost my voice and had to use my phone to type out my order. Mary was working this lunch time and took my order. She was very sweet, patient and kind during the transaction and helping with communication. Friendliest fast food place in town.

5 of us came into the resturant to eat, and we got a couple of to go containers, making the total $79. Without having an option we were automatically charged a $12 tip! No other service needed just 5 sandwiches entered into the computer and it cost me 12 extra dollars. Two of us got Mac and cheese as our side and it was aweful. It was so old and not mixed well tasting like powder cheese. I will say the chicken salad was awesome, not one complaint on any of the 5 sandwiches.

Ordered a sandwich with grapes, apples, pecans. The sandwich had 2 grapes on it, maybe some apple skin, and was about the same as gas station chicken salad. My son ordered a turkey club, no tomatoes, no honey mustard. The sandwich had 1 piece of bacon on 1 half, zero on the other, but was absolutely drenched in honey mustard. For $25 , you would expect better. We will never be back.
