Would I drive from home (boolingbrook) to come eat here? Honestly nope. Would I come here if I’m in the area? Yes. Not a lot of option for the price soda machine wasn’t working correctly. Now the good… food was enough for a 4 Star review id enjoyed the food only down side was there was no fish I thought at a buffet that was a must… Both Noodles and all chickens were good overall nice place

I have mixed feelings about China Buffet. We were able to be seated very quickly which is a big plus for me. The Buffet… I was less than underwhelmed, the food was hot and throughly cooked however it lacked any flavor whatsoever. I understand being careful because of customers allergies or restrictions, but there has to be something distinctive about the dish. Another plus was the staff was extremely kind and helpful during our entire stay.

The food was okay, definitely not worth paying $17 for just myself though, walked in, they charged my darker skinned friend $3 more than me, when confronted about why, they played it off and made it seem like a mistake. even though i watched her type my price in physically, they made us pay the extra $3 instead of idk? refunding the extra money you charged my friend but not me? Not worth it and watch out with who you go with.

First and last time at this restaurant. Overpriced, little selection, and cold food. When we sat to eat, there were only about 6 items to choose from and the desserts were full of ants. The staff was arguing very loudly in the kitchen while we were there and it was just not worth the money.

Great atmosphere and excellent service but very small verity of food choice and very little placed in the trays.
This place has lots of tables but only 1 heated food booth. I’d say it has about 8 dish verities give or take. No fish or fresh vegetables or fruit. Not even sushi. The only vegetables available were cooked with meat or 2 other separate options.
This was unfamiliar neighborhood for me as I stopped by for my kids activity then checked for buffet where my 5 y/o asked for French fries. We took 2 plates not even full about 10-15 individual fries and that’s it, the trey was empty.
When I asked for a takeout, container they gave me was a small rectangular plastic box with a lid and honestly I think I took the last of meat because it was that little of a choice.
Price wise it wasn’t expensive I think I paid $23 for us both and $11 for takeout it’s a small place but if it’s convenient to the neighborhood go for it.

I hadn’t been to Chinese, let an alone buffet, in a loooong time. Wanted it to be better. Just limited options. I left satisfied tho, but very limited options & egg rolls which are my go to, were a 2.
But the rice was horrible horrible. And there was only a very ‘sticky’ white rice & some other gray/tan colored rice that was awful. Of what they did have was a 3. For $15 in 2025, still satisfied & worth helping a small family business & I was the first customer of the day. But it’s not memorable & def not worth driving out of the way for. But, if you like small & quaint it def has this plus. Would i eat there again? Yes, IF I was powerfully hungry, craving Chinese & a buffet.

Small restaurant with very nice staff. About 20-26 different dinner items to choose from, plus desserts. You also have to refill you’re own drinks, including coffee and tea.

Casual and quaint Ma & Pa’s Chinese with selective buffet and a la carte menu. Food is fresh but not so much during last hour but understandable. Affordable and delicious. Chicken wings well seasoned and lightly battered.
