Recent experience with this particular pizza joint in Ozark has been terrific. They have been really nailing the crust IMO. My wife also said her pizzas the last few times we’ve gotten pizza from there has been really good, so much so I had to come and give a very positive review. My past experiences have been a mixed of both bad and terrible pizzas. However, recently, like I just said they have really been nailing the crust. The taste of it is superb. I got ham with extra cheese and no garlic crust. My wife got beef and pepperoni also now garlic crust. It was delicious. I talked to one of the guys who brought out my pizza for me cause I’m on crutches and he was very courteous and polite. Ozark Domino’s is truly up to par on the pizza wave length and I love me some pizza for sure…and Dominos has been doing a great job. Keep up the good work folks.

Delivery driver comes in talks etc takes next Delivery leaves…then another Delivery driver n so forth…customer walks in and gets their pickup order…i see a employee get the pizza packed and placed on pickup area… still sitting waiting…until a guy employee who is running the place well, go to the pickup area and say names out and I hear mine and get up to go get it…come on do better…also we always order Extra cheese and its never extra cheese…only one time we got it…going to order one of each next time and go pick it up and show them…lol

Placed an order at 630. At 730 I go in the store and ask about my order to be told it’s not even on the screen yet. I get told it will be at least another 45 minutes before my order will be ready. I ask for a refund as that would be way too late for my kids to eat dinner and am told that it will be 3 days before I would get my refund. No sympathy from the management at this location. They acted like there was nothing wrong with waiting 2 hours for 1 pizza. Couldn’t even give me a recipt with the refund amount for my order. I was basically told to put my trust in the management that my money would be returned. I guess I shall see in three days if I get a refund. Definitely will not return to this location.

They were absolutely SLAMMED and the general manager handled his team with ease and his team hitting the park. A little longer of a wait but worth it. Their team work is amazing. Definitely deserves the recognition because they were slammed and I’m sure some people had an issue with the wait time but sitting in the store I saw how busy it was. They were working very very very hard.

I’ll start by stating that I rarely, if ever leave a review- good or bad, for anything. After years of ordering from these guys, I’ll make good on my word and offer my view.
Food: To start, I’ll outright say that I’ve never had an outright bad pizza from this establishment. Anytime I’ve not enjoyed a pizza, it’s been solely because of my own choice of toppings. Assuming that I either make it to the store in short order, or the delivery driver doesn’t have to make multiple stops before me, the pizza is always hot, always delicious. Very rarely, I’ll receive a pizza that doesn’t have every topping I put in. Similarly, I’ll occasionally receive I pizza that I ordered extra toppings for that doesn’t always quite feel extra. Still always to taste, however. So it’s never been a huge deal. I’d say the same goes for both sandwiches, pastas, and desserts as well. I rarely order the wings due to the pricing, but when I do, they’re always well cooked and well coated in the sauce of choice.
Service: In similar vein to the food, I’ve never had an outright unpleasant experience in dealing with the staff here. From the kitchen to my doorstep, anyone I’ve ever had to interact with whether I ordered carry-out or delivery has always been pleasant. I don’t know if he’s the manager or general manager, but speaking from the customer viewpoint, I can say that whomever placed Adrian in a leadership position made the right choice. He’s upbeat, always seems to have a positive attitude, knows faces and names, and is willing to go the extra mile. To expand on that last point: for whatever reason he had to, he was running a delivery vehicle and I so happened to have the pleasure of having him deliver to me. Someone had forgotten to place a marinara sauce into the bag. When he realized he’d forgotten the sauce, he offered to drive all the way back to the store and back just to deliver the sauce. I declined, but even making that offer is nothing short of admirable. The team under him, though I don’t know them by name, seem to follow in his steps. Similarly pleasant to interact with, good at what they do, and quick to make amends for the rare mistake. If I knew other’s names as well as I knew Adrian’s, I’d sing their praises too. Alas, shoutout to the guy with the new-edge Mustang (get that man a cobra) and to the rest of the crew at hand. Lastly, with regards to the service, I’ll state that I’ve never waited too long for my food, either. These guys are operating out of a suite as opposed to a whole building vs places like the Daleville Domino’s. Despite this, they seem to manage large order volumes as best they can.
Atmosphere: I’ll try and keep this relatively short, considering how long-winded the rest of the review is. I’ve never walked in and thought to myself: “Damn, it’s dirty in here.” Nor have I ever walked in and been ignored, or felt that the staff were at each other’s throats. For the most part, everyone seems in good spirits and it shows in their work.
I only have the food a 4/5 because the cold leftovers don’t hold up nearly as well as PPJ’s. I said it.
If someone super important ends up reading this, get these folks an EV charger behind their store so they don’t have to drive their EV halfway across Ozark to charge it. If someone looking to order pizza ends up reading all of this, just go ahead and do it. It’s good pizza, or sandwiches, or pasta, or whatever you’re looking for. Just be sure to use the online and/or app deals. You’ll save yourself money in the long run and usually it’s only a couple dollars more than the big LC if you’re ordering for groups.

We ordered pizza every Wednesday night until we got our pizza with very little cheese and mostly sauce. When brought to the attention of this store he informed me he made the pizza and did everything right, because now they have to weigh the pizzas. I wish I would have checked the pizzas before I left. Driving 30 minutes back wasn’t an option. Lost my business!

I have been meaning to share this post for about a month and just remembered. A few Sundays ago, my church was doing a large scale event for our kids ministry, Fallapalooza. Adrien Williams went out of his way to get the pizzas completed in a time crunch and deliver them to my church. The GTH kids and staff were beyond happy with the quality of the pizza and let me add that his customer service was ASTOUNDING. There had been some confusion from the call center and I almost canceled the entire order but he really came through for us. He called me back and held to his promise of delivering what we needed, when we needed it! He raised the bar!! Thanks again Adrien!!!

Thin crust pizza ordered pie cut. They did the square cut and then pie cut it. We gave a 20% tip plus delivery fee. The delivery driver handed me the pizza. Not a pleasant person but did her job.
