My order was delivered. The food was all very good. Unfortunately, instead of delivering to me ice tea and lemonade so I could make an Arnold Palmer. The store gave the delivery person two lemonade. I don’t understand why they don’t have unsweetened ice tea.

This location has terrible management and workers. They do NOT care about the freshness of food at all. On April 22nd I ordered food which came cold , dry and literally unedible. You can see how stale/hard the fries are. Not to mention I had items missing from order. I called the manager on duty and she proceeded to tell me my food wasn’t cold and she would only replace what was missing. She told me if I wanted a replacement order of ONE item I could “pick it up tomorrow because they “finna” close.” They were going to close in an hour and 30 minutes. I paid for my order that night and did not stay in the area so picking up the next day was a big no. . So instead of the manager making it right she told me they did not accept refunds and told me that she was going to replace 1 item which were my tenders. My FULL order was cold, not fresh , dry and stale. I literally will never spend my money at this establishment again if this is how you treat customers.

I have mixed feelings about the staff. The one white girl goes over and beyond and very nice. My chicken was dripping with grease and heavy salted. Unbearable to eat for my family. I called and the staff lady was very apologetic. She told me I have 7 days to bring my receipt and they’ll remake my order. I went back 5 days later. I went through the drive thru and they wouldn’t except it in drive thru. They made me come in even after I told them I have babies in the car and it was raining. The cashier told me her supervisor said they don’t except receipts after 1 day not 7 days. After persistence they finally remade my order. After I got home and fed my family i was happy that the chicken wasn’t salty and greasy. So I called to thank the supervisor and staff and the supervisor was rude and unprofessional. Its sad to say that this is not the 1st time the supervisor was rude. It seems like the staff is scared of her. I actually stopped going there a long time ago. I go to the KFC in canton. I forgot but NEVER again.

Went to this location on 5/3. Ordered two chicken nugget meals and both of them were uncooked and chewy. Missing a biscuit that came with the meal and the lemonade was watered down. Spoke with the manager Randy and was arguing with me on how “fresh my meal was” because he “remembered preparing it”. My chicken was nowhere near fresh and continued to argue with me about how they’re constantly preparing “fresh nuggets”. Which is clearly untrue. Was very rude and nowhere near accommodating. I asked for a refund and he continued to tell me how they don’t do refunds and will replace the meal which I didn’t want because of how the food was originally “prepared”. Will never go back here and calling corporate.

On two occasions KFC had failed me. The first they told me when. I was in l8ne to order that they were only taking door dash. How do you prioritize others and not serve the customer in front of you. Now today I go at approx. 7;30pm and they dont have any chicken. I thought they were in the chicken business. This makes no sense the Colonel would roll over in his grave. They ought to close this place down and send them all to the car wash to work. They are straight trash. Does anybody know where I can get a good 3 piece because this aint it.

This location is the worst. Always destroyed inside and today, I went there at noon, ordered two chicken sandwiches, nobody there and I waited for about 7 minutes, first bite tasted like yesterdays grease. The person who ate the other sandwich said the same. 3 hours later, I can still taste it. At that time of day, there is NO READON to use old grease, not to mention why did it take so long just to get crappy food? This location has had history of bad good, service, etc. They need to revamp or close down.
