I enjoy coming to Wawa to fill up my vehicle with gas and come on inside and get something refreshing to drink. I enjoyed the selection that they have for snacks if I’m on the road and need something quick to grab. The inside is always clean as well. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It does not feel like you were inside of a gas station at all.

The deli was backed up and my hoagie was not made with care. You can tell they were rushing to the point of compromised quality. The wait was long you can tell they had backed up orders and it is unfortunate that our lunch was ruined due to the staff rushing. Even the way they were wrapped was sloppy. To charge 20 dollars and have a sloppy mess is a scam. I should have complained and got a refund but they were clearly struggling. Management should be aware that this is happening this location though

I put my croissant sandwich for a special order. I asked for it to be put in a box because the buttery grease from the croissant goes through the paper and it also goes from croissant to flatbread…. anyways they said they only had a quesadilla box which I said thats fine. They still wrapped my sandwich after I told them the quesadilla box was fine, I was rushing to work so I didnt have time to get another sandwich… then when I got to work, they put avocado spread which I DID NOT ask for…..

If so this is the perfect wawa for you. Horrible, non-attentive. I was waiting for half an hour when my pick up was already ready. They just needed to bag it up.

Using the mobile app is absolutely useless when the employees here do NOT use the to go shelf and instead will call out your order when you aren’t in the store then hold it behind the counter for 30+ minutes before you go up and ask. This is the 3rd time in a row I have placed an order in advance only to have to hunt for my food because the To Go Shelf just doesn’t exist to them.

Came in this morning at 6:20 am, there was only one rude woman working in the coffee bar. Her name tag was hidden but I know her name starts with a M. I tried to help her letting her know that that regular coffee was out and she flat out ignored me and looked upset I even said anything. She’s needs to be trained on customer service.

the last 3 times my boyfriend and i have ordered food here it’s taken over half an hour to get our sandwiches because the staff likes to forget to take the bags to the to-go racks and leave them behind the counter without saying anything at all. the coffee always tastes watered down and burnt at the same time also. try the new wawa up the road instead.
