We have been there 3 days ago. It was amazing, but we have been there today again. It was horrible. One guy alone. He was in the cashier and he did the sandwich. He didn’t even washed hands or changed gloves. We love this place and so we were very sad today. I do hope they train better the employees.

I hardly ever give 1 star but I wish I can give zero stars for this burger place which is one of the widest burger places I ate at with family in 19 years . Everyone didn’t like their food and I still paid $54 for 4 burgers and 3 drinks . Over priced which I don’t mind if we enjoy the mean but in our case we didn’t and we paid top dollar for a Tata less burger with bad lettuce and horrible sauces even the hotdog tasted horrible . I’ll never recommend this even to my enemy .

We have been #1 fans of their burgers for the past consecutive 8 years. Their milkshakes are our favorites. That custard is so creamy and yummy.
We also have visited multiple locations and by far the Sand Lake location is our favorite one.
We had the pleasure to meet Mrs Nicole the store manager, last time we were dining in. She was amazing, she offered many ingredients no one else offered before. We thought it was something special on the Sand lake location lol. We really enjoy that last time and how she treated us. We felt at home. We will continue with our regular visits to this location.

Good customer service, BADDD food, my wife and I have ordered a VegiBurger and BurgerFi burger with 3 patties + a CryFri.
The BurgerFi burger came with only 2 patties, the fries were old and dry, the burgers were bought undercooked and soggy as you can see on the picture the tray was wet in oil.

My first time going to BurgerFi was absolutely amazing and that all has to do with the young man who helped us. I was just down the street at Rocco’s tacos and I couldn’t stomach how dirty it was. I left with my boyfriend to get some food when I stumbled upon this place. We walked in and it blew my mind how clean it was. Brian was at the counter and showed us such amazing customer service. He was friendly, personable, had such fantastic customer service. I would really like to take the time to commend him and hope management is able to appreciate the experience he gives to so many customers. When coming from a different country, it can be daunting to try new food at a different place but I will definitely be returning to this location soon.
