Since Pizzana’s Los Angeles debut in April 2017, the restaurant from partners Candace & Charles Nelson has garnered critical and national acclaim for Master Pizzaiolo Daniele Uditi’s inspired take on the Naples staple. In addition to Michelin Bib Gourmand accolades, Pizzana was recently recognized as one of the top pizzerias in the world by international guide, 50 Top Pizza. Uditi also appears as a lead judge on Hulu’s Best in Dough pizza competition series. Our signature slow dough is crafted in the Neapolitan tradition then fermented and proofed for two days. We use stone ground flour and San Marzano tomatoes that are grown exclusively for Pizzana in the Naples countryside. Our mozzarella, or fior di latte, is shipped fresh from Italy.

Elaina was our waitress she was absolutely incredible. We had this really great table. Ate some great food. Welcome to the neighborhood! The pizza was fabulous, the salads were made to perfection and the service was over the top amazing. Ask for Robin… Tons of fun, tons of laughs and exceptional service. The one downside to this place is the booth seating. It’s worse than the center seat on an airplane!! Awkward at best.

We’ve ordered from Pizzana multiple times now, and every single experience has been consistently excellent. The quality is just on another level compared to your typical neighborhood pizza spot.
You can really taste how fresh everything is. The ingredients are bright, flavorful, and clearly thoughtfully sourced, and the sourdough crust sets them apart. light, perfectly chewy, and super flavorful without feeling heavy. It’s the kind of pizza where you finish a slice and immediately want another one, even if you thought you were “just having one piece.”
Every interaction we’ve had with the team has been great. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely courteous, whether we’re picking up or popping in. There’s a real sense that they care about the product they’re putting out and the experience they’re providing.
I was also very impressed with how clean and organized the restaurant is. From the dining area to the counter, everything feels tidy, dialed in, and well run. You notice that kind of attention to detail, and it matches the care they put into the food.
In short: incredible pizza, super fresh ingredients, amazing sourdough crust, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. We’ll definitely keep coming back and recommending Pizzana at Preston & Forest to friends and family. Five stars all the way.

This location has only been open about a week. The food is phenomenal! So many tempting pizza creations on the menu it’s hard to choose, and you can taste the attention to detail with all of the ingredients. The service is excellent. Save room for the chocolate cake, which is insanely delicious. It seemed very busy, so reservations would be a safe bet

They constantly threaten to fire their employees and serve old food constantly. Overall I would recommend the Knox location because this one is horrible to its own kitchen staff. They also over price all of their pizzas because it’s italian styled.

My husband and I were there for lunch. The food was excellent.! We had the meatballs for an appetizer and a cesare salad. They use a special kind of dough for their Pizza and it was delicious. There are many options on the menu and we definitely plan on going back. The service was great and I loved the atmosphere.

The food is very good, however our service experience was lacking for the price point. Drinks left empty for upwards of 10 minutes – we got up and took our glasses to the bar for refills ourselves. They did not appear to be short staffed, just in attentive. The inside of the restaurant is nicely decorated and appointed but it’s very loud and hard to carry on a conversation during your meal. Iced tea and soda are $5 each, which is crazy and not anywhere near market price for restaurants.
