Manager rang me up. I asked her for a cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza, a sausage pizza, Italian cheese bread, and a marinara sauce. She asked if I wanted anything else. She rang me up for cheese sauce. I give it back to her and ask her to reimburse me for what I ordered. She said “I asked you if you wanted cheese or marinara and you said cheese. Then I read your order back to you. ” Not sure if that’s the script answer but asking me if I want anything else isn’t reading back my order. Also I have never ordered cheese sauce in my life. So basically they refused to reimburse me, called me a liar, and they said buy a new one or get out. Did I mention that this was the MANAGER? So yeah, complete disrespect for a dollar sauce.

Ordered online a 1/2 cheese 1/2 Pepperoni and sausage pizza. I mistakenly order cheddar cheese rather than jalapeño cheese add one informed the gentleman about it and he charged me addditionsl $1.09… how about performing a few customer service miracles every now and then. Only to get home to find out pizza was cut wrong.

I sat in there and waited ….. they lost my order AGAIN!
I sat in there for an hour and is all I ordered was 2 pepperoni pizzas.
1 other time I came in and placed a decent sized order they acted like it was an inconvenience. The girl taking the order went to get the manager/worker from outside he came in and started making the food, no gloves, without washing their hands. I asked her politely to have him please wash his hands. He got upset and when he walked to the front she said I’m sorry they had you do that. Please do not apologize for me when I was in the right.
Little Ceasers used to be a great place to grab quick and easy pizzas and HAD great employees. Don’t get me wrong they are.not all bad.

The guy who took my order was complaining about my accent on the phone when I walked in ( I’m from here so idk what accent he was concerned about) he got my entire order wrong but it was fine. I asked for some buffalo sauce on the side and the manager refused until I pointed out that the whole order was wrong and I wasn’t asking for it to be remade. Food was good overall but definitely need more training on hospitality and take that kid off the phone.

The manager tonight kyle had the open light turned off 15 min before they were supposed to be closing. We ordered a cheese pizza nothing else and he refused to make it. Kyle took our order and then threw out the order refused to give a receipt then refused to do anything to correct his mistake. Was very rude towards my child. Went back after work yesterday and the ladies working were very sorry they definitely made up for the horrible customer service I received the night before. Kyle needs to be demoted or fired for the way he treats customers especially the children.
