I order a cold drink, but warm. I typically go to Starbucks, place the order exactly that way and they work their magic and make it. This location says, “sorry that doesn’t come hot,” and proceeds to tell me all the differences between all the various options. I ultimately was overwhelmed and left. I was running a little behind and didn’t have time to go down the street so I just called and asked what they put in it. They told me to show them the app recipe.
They took forever trying to ring it up and ultimately charged me three dollars more than usual. My gift card only had the amount of my regular order and I was seriously late at that point so I ultimately have to leave before I could get anything.
That was the most wild Starbucks experience of my life. I’m now laughing about how ridiculous and complex of an experience an establishment can make coffee. I can’t imagine what happens here when a customer has a complex order.

Hard to find! It’s in the grocery store, tucked up front beyond the cash registers near an exit door. Service was quality, but quite slow. The server was pleasant, talkative, but that sure slowed the line down. Everything was very clean as they had just opened for the day. It took almost 10 minutes to get two coffees with cream and sugar. Coffee was hot as it had just been brewed.

The girls working here in the mornings on weekdays are so kind and friendly! I often place mobile orders and pick them up on my way in to work, and they always say hi when I come in, and are always so kind and eager to help if there is something out of stock! All of my coworkers and I frequent here often and none of us have anything to complain about!

Best starbucks coffee in GR. Yes for some reason they really have the best coffee and service. Never a long wait and the order has been correct every order. This location could train the starbucks stand alone stores in customer service and how to make coffee:-). We drink a lot of coffee and have visited about every starbucks in the GR area and this location is awesome!

The slowest service of any Starbucks I’ve been to. Some visits I’ve been ignored so I’ve ended up leaving without ordering anything. Other visits the barista was so chatty with customers that she slowed down service to customers waiting in line.

I just picked up their single serve Italian Roast packets for use in my chocolate cake. I dont drink Starbucks Coffee. Far too strong and bitter for me. But, it’s just personal, not that they have bad coffee. They have a lot of business at this one, so, it must be good for them.
