This is unacceptable and this is the reason why someone would never go back to a place like this. I ordered rice, beans and chicken chunks and there was only 5 pieces in the plate. The rice also tasted old and when I tried explaining to the lady who takes the orders, she gave me a poor response. I truly recommend taking your service somewhere else because they suck.

This is the best Empanada place in New Rochelle!!! I highly recommend the chicken or beef. They are always fresh and hot and so delicious everytime. The meat is not dry in fact overly juicy which I love. They also have traditional Spanish food that is so delicious as well. I was not expecting to see jerk chicken on the menu and it was fantastic as well. The customer service is amazing. Staff are knowledgeable and allow you to customize your order how you like. Prices are fair and there are many menu options from empanadas to full dinner and even deserts! I come here all the time for my empanadas because these are very hard to beat. Love this place!!!

I stopped in for a bite to eat after eyeing this place a few times while driving by. The food was average, in my opinion. It didn’t seem as fresh as others for Columbian breakfast but I would try again. The juice was refreshing!

Ordered 2 lunches: pork chop with rice and beans and pork chop with maduros. Asked for Lemon and onions.
Picked up: No beans, no lemon, no onions. Was told onions would cost an additional $2. The price was more than quoted and more than on their website too.
The pork chops were both thin, old and flavorless. The maduros were not sweet at all.
All in all the food and customer service experience were both terrible. Never again.

I tried to order a roast pork for an event. The first time I called she thought I was ordering a lunch special I said no I want to order a whole pernil, she hung up and kept hanging up on me, every time I tried to call. I said fine, the next day I tried to order again in hopes it would be a different experience and it was the same person. I tried to order and as soon as she heard my order she put the phone down and hasn’t pick it back up, it’s going on 49min on the line

How does $2.50 for 4 empanadas turn into $12 because according to them it’s $2 of taxes on top of that they didn’t have any taste and the meat ones were covered in oil. Personally I wouldn’t recommend this place.
