Never doing delivery again, I ordered THE GRAND PAPA PIZZA and they sent me stuff crust, also my wings and pizza stick did not come. I called the manager and she had someone bring the wings and stick. Still disappointed bc I really wanted to try THE GRAND PAPA PIZZA. Never had this problem when I picked up.

Don’t go here or order delivery if you want your food! I ordered delivery yesterday, three pizzas all specialties. After an hour later I received one cheese pizza which was not even on the list of things that I want. The delivery guy in a silver car said it is all they gave him, that’s all… he didn’t call to verify and just got in his car and left. When we called to report the mix up, we were basically called liars. This is so insulting as i wouldn’t even order something if I didn’t have the money… I’m also one with integrity… but that doesn’t matter. I just spent 50 dollars at 9 pm to get ONLY ONE MEDIUM CHEESE pizza, for my entire family of 4. They could have simply reached out to the driver, gave me a refund, or simply the correct order. Shoot, at that point I would have even just paid for what was delivered…. but no…. that would have been too much like right… DONT GO HERE JUST GO TO DOMINOS INSTEAD
PS… to add insult to injury,… since I couldn’t get a refund or the correct order, and my family was hungry, we tried the single medium cheese pizza… the pizza wasn’t even fully cooked and was doughy throughout… so there’s that…

I ordered the special I couldn’t taste any sauce nor could I see any on the pizza’s on the sausage pizza it was possible about 10-12 pieces of sausage on a large pizza this was my first time ordering from a Papa John’s pizza restaurant and it wasn’t what I expected sorry but it could be better with more training their I’m sure more sausages should be on and look at the other pizza everything is right in the middle to make it look fuller please

I placed my order 5 mins before close and they canceled it with no call or nothing. Now I have to wait for the mo ey to come back to my card. That’s poor service. Even with it going to door dash it should have been made. Trust me. Us in the pizza business have to do better guys. I get wanting to go home but I never cancel an order.

I did and online order and set for it to be delivered at 1:00pm, Sunday, October 19th. My pizza didn’t get to me til 3:00pm. I don’t understand what’s going on at this papa johns that it’s taking hours for pizzas to be delivered, but something has to change. This is ridiculous. Then the food gets here and it’s borderline between being warm and cold. I’d be better off driving and picking my pizza up if it’s going to take 2 hours for me to get my order and then I have to put it in the oven just for it to be hot.

disappointed with my order tonight. I’ve already left a complaint and explained everything but yeah…very disappointed. I have pictures/proof as well that the bread is still here (I ordered ORIGINAL breadsticks and the worker decided to give me bread with the garlic rub on it)

Pizza was not up to standard. Overcooked and dried out. Politely requested a remake. The cashier was nice but the young lady who was assisting with the pizza making was upset that I asked. Honestly at that point I didn’t trust it anymore if it were not for my kids being hungry and me not feeling well I would’ve asked for a refund and cooked at home. The remake was almost as bad as the initial pizza and 2 old shriveled looking banana peppers were placed inside of the box as if that was to show their disdain. Now I’m afraid my pizza was tampered with. I will not order from this location ever again.

The staff here is incredibly nice—always pleasant and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. However, I was really disappointed with the food handling practices. When I visited for a Shaq-a-Roni pizza, I noticed that no one was wearing gloves or hairnets, and several employees smelled strongly of smoke.
What concerned me most was that staff were moving between stations, making pizzas with bare hands, touching the register, their hair, and faces—without washing their hands or cleaning the work area. It made me very uncomfortable, and unfortunately, I ended up throwing the pizza away. I didn’t want to cause a scene, but I also couldn’t bring myself to eat something prepared in those conditions.
Again, the team is friendly, but there needs to be a serious improvement in cleanliness and food safety practices.

Order online, went to pick up order, got home and pizza was completely dough and not cooked.
I took pictures of it, I was shocked and disgusted. I don’t understand why they would give pizza out like that. From first look I knew something was wrong. It was soggy and uncooked, looked like a store bought half cooked pizza. Called back to store, spoke to Austin manger he said to come back and they would remake. Absolutely not was I driving back there, then he said half off next pizza… im like what.. half off?! Totally totally unacceptable.

I placed a pre-order delivery for Friday at 7:30 but didn’t receive the order until 8:15. The pizzas were dry and cold, We were highly upset. It’s been a while since our pizzas have not been hot when we received them. Also, very disappointed if I pre-order and still can’t get my pizza on time.
