They made me the best crunchwrap supreme I’ve ever had right before my shift today and I felt compelled hours later to thank them via this review. I’m being so sincere, it made my day
I honestly have never waited long here but I always go around 9pm or 10am in the morning and always through the drivethru. I’ve been to this location when there was literally one worker doing everything by themselves and I still didn’t wait more than a few minutes. As for the food, it’s taco bell. It’s cheap (kinda) and about as good as you’re gonna get really late at night. The prices have definitely gone up in the past few years but honestly still worth it to me.

I travel so often and it’s rare to get tons fast food place and hear somebody so professional, efficient, and soothing.
I assumed she was a manager but when I got up there she was so young… Maybe she is though?!
She is stellar
We have traveled 6 states in 7 days and we’re an hour from home and over it and I just love her!
So .. I think that deserves a review!
She should be promoted & given a million dollars.

I went in to order lunch and used the kiosk, the guy at the front was nice. I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito which was good however I also ordered a chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla was just a flour shell with cold shredded cheese it had not been heated up or anything.

The food and service was absolutely trash. They didn’t get my order right my crunch wrap did not have any of the steak that I ordered in it, which was an extra charge, my five layer bean burrito, refried beans were dry and crusted over, and the chips to dip with nacho cheese were stale. The employee that I asked about my mobile order had an attitude about even getting the mobile order. I would recommend no one to go here ever this location need to hire new employees who actually care about people’s food when people are spending their hard earned money for a meal.

Horrible service. Came here today,nobody was here. 5 minutes After ordering people stil sitting in back office or standing and watching their phone. 15 minutes later and I still didn’t have a food I was asking if someone actually working there and this lady came to me with her bad attitude telling me they are working on door dash orders. Well why you didn’t work and staring in to your phones ? I used to like this Taco Bell,but since the stuff was changed it’s horrible. I will not come back anymore. The food was also nasty,chicken tenders burned,fries cold and soggy,my burrito didn’t have a sauce inside.

We went thru the drive thru last night. Had to park on the side waiting for our food. Where we watched 3/4 of the staff “smoking” outside. The girl who brought our food was less than pleasant. The man at the drive thru window was nice and pleasant. If it weren’t for him I would have called the manager. It was not good at all.

Cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. Food came out quickly. Ordered a cantina quesadilla. It wasn’t cut all the way through and wrapped funny so hard to eat while driving but overall a good TB experience!

I understand some places not using pennies anymore yet that should not affect the customer. When I asked the employee, she said she didn’t want her drawer to be short. Really? Also, it makes no sense to have a drive thru if you make the customers pull up any. This location is bad about both of those.

Absolutely horrible. Their only priority is drive thru. Came inside and waited 30min for a 12 pack and a burrito. Meanwhile we counted over 9 cars go thru drive thru (only one pulled over to wait). Worker even said out loud the the lobby was going to have to wait while they did drive thru. I stood there watching as both sides prepped drive thru but then he tried saying only one side was prepping drive thru. I ran a fast food restaurant for 8 years and while drive thru was expected to have quick times – NEVER would I make a dine in customer wait 30+ minutes. Orders should be prepped and served on the order received.
