Such bad service. I told the blonde haired lady with the tattoo sleeve that our coffee was supposed to be iced/cold and she automatically told me to go around and order again through the drive thru. I asked her if she could just make it cold and she said no since there is a price difference. I then asked if she could just charge me the price difference and she said no the system doesn’t let her do that and that I need to go around again and place my order. I then asked for a refund because that is not what we had ordered and she said I had to come inside and when my sister went inside she kept staring her down and giving her ugly looks. When I got my refund it was literally CHEAPER than the original order.

Our breakfast sandwich was fine but our coffee was not consistent with the Starbucks brand quality. Tasted like gas station coffee. That’s too bad because we travel through Dumas quite a bit and it’s a perfect place to have a drive through Starbucks.

I bought a venti iced caramel macchiato, I still tipped and my glass wasn’t full. I understand that maybe it doesn’t have to be completely full, but it wasn’t to the point where they gave it to me. The service from the person who served me was lackluster. I understand that it’s a job and at least be a little more courteous.

Initially I had already heard the coffee was trash here from several people. Me and my bf got a hot chocolate on a chilly night heading back to Amarillo. The first sip already had us so disappointed tasted like hot water with a little bit of cream. 100% not worth it. Dumas Starbucks DO BETTER especially when people are paying good money.. $10 for 2 watered down hot chocolates smh.

Today was our first time at Dumas’ new Starbuck’s. I did an online order, and when my husband arrived to pick up our drinks, the entire place was standing room only. However, the bew Starbuck’s crew made it through successfully, got our drinks out only a smidgen later than stated (as expected from the hordes of folks jammed in there), but they were correct and delicious. We are very happy a free standing Starbuck’s now graces our tiny town. ❤️

The employees were very rude after i asked for a green tea frappicino and still got a plain green tea then they asked if i wanted my receipt and i said yes and the lady working the drive through goes “no?” and never gave it to me. so rude and even after confirming my order multiple times they still got it wrong. i’m going back to the old Starbucks

Very good place and nice the only problem is that they take forever inside and drive thru. They need to hire more people because it’s not nice. I went to order inside and never helped us and so i decided to go through the drive thru and waited 30 minutes just to get one drink. It’s just not nice to have something like this specially on how it’s a big company and my only place to go in town it makes me drive to amarillo 40 min to a new a starbucks place.It’s just not a good experience because all u want to do it’s get a refreshing drink and they take forever. It’s a big company so I think a few more people hired would be great. I had went already 2 times and it’s the same thing .
